I had the most amazing experience from start to finish with Dr. Butz and his staff. I had surgery on 11/21/19 and everything went so well. Amy at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. She shared her experiences with me on the procedures she has had and the skin care products she uses. Kristin was great to work with. She answered all of my questions and made good realistic suggestions for me to choose from to get my skin healthy looking again from age, issues with my PCOS, and the damaging effects of years of sun exposure, lack of good skin care knowledge, and ineffective skin care products. She worked with my budget to give me a good skin care regime I could afford to maintain my new skin. The differences in the before and after pictures are just unbelievable (Halo and BBL) and the results will continue to improve over the next 3 months. I have already gotten several compliments on my skin. I will definitely continue to work with Kristin in the future. She was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and genuinely seemed to understand and care about the circumstances that brought me to Quintessa in the first place. She made me feel comfortable and safe. Thank you for helping me look the way I feel on the inside.

I found out about Quintessa when investigating Cool Sculpting procedures. I wanted a center that was certified, had been doing the procedure for years, and that had a licensed plastic surgeon on staff. I was not planning on driving from the Madison area where I live, but could not find all three criteria here. I was very pleased with Jody, who spoke with me at length on the phone and asked lots of questions to prequalify me. I had all of my treatments over a 2 hour period on my day off, had no pain, no discomfort, and very little bruising on only one small area of my inner thigh. I am celebrating my 64th birthday in June, work out regularly with my husband, eat a clean diet and wear a fit band. Would go back!

I received a consultant to see what would be best for my skin and broad ban light therapy was the way to go. I can't express enough how much Kristin at the Sheboygan location changed my life. I was in tears to see those spots finally GOON! I actually have confidence that I lacked of for many years!

My Music

The first visit was decent we did a custom facial with dermaplane and microdermabrasion. The second is the reason I absolutely will not be returning.For starters I scheduled a fire and ice facial with dermaplane and when I got into the treatment room the esthetician suggested that I do a chemical peel instead. I never had one before she said it's basically the same thing just more intense. I just came from work and apologized for still having makeup on my face; My face was not thouroughly cleansed and I still had makeup on my face after the chemical peel. When I asked her about what was in the chemical peel she 'wasn't quite sure' and just listed a few acids but couldn't tell me what the percentages are?!?! I also had to ask her if it was a self neutralizing peel or not. Every visit she told me I needed laser work either the halo laser($1000-$1500) or bbl ($300-$400) and should join some Q Club or apply for a credit card to pay for these services...The information they provide you is borderline nonexistent for all of this and the interest rate for the card is deplorable.She left right away and had to be called back to the front desk for follow up self care questions. I asked her what products I should use for home care. She told me to buy from my work for a cheaper price... she did send me home with a weeks worth of cleanser and moisturizer for home care after my chemical peel... with the instructions of 'you will just know when you need to wash your face' no specific instructions just a list of what to expect for after my chemical peel.The front desk did not appear to have any knowledge on the products or services. She was not new she was there for at least 6 months from the start of my original facial to my most recent service. When I checked out I budgeted for the fire and ice facial ( they do not list prices I had to request all of them) I was not told there would be a $100 difference in price in the treatment room. But because it was my birthday month I received $50 off... and it was still well over $100 from what I had planned. I work in the industry and for this many things to be glossed over and miscommunicated is incredibly disappointing.
