Ive been his patient for over 20 years, he may not give you what you want but he will give you what you need. Seen many psychiatrist before him to no avail. It is a blessing having him as my Doctor. I am a patient of Dr. Bjerregaard. He is an amazing doctor and person. He really listens to his patients and always addresses any concerns regarding their treatment. He is an extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring doctor. The office staff are always polite & helpful. I have had to reschedule an appt in the past and they were able to get me in the following day.

WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE, I HAVE BEEN ILL AND HAD TO RESCHEDULE A NEW PATIENT VISIT FOR MY DAUGHTER. WHICH I WAS TOLD CAN'T BE RESCHEDULED AT ALL!! THIS VISIT IS FOR GETTING MEDICATIONS FOR MY DAUGHTER SO WE CAN KEEP HER FROM BEING INPATIENT (SHE HAS BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL SEVEN TIMES IN ONE YEAR). NO WONDER ALL THESE MENTAL PATIENTS GO CRAZY. THEY CAN'T BE TREATED OR MEDICATED. RACHEL(WORKS THE PHONES) WAS COMPLETELY USELESS AND HAD NO EXPLAINTION OR REASONING FOR THIS POLICY OR HOW THIS IS HELPFUL FOR THE PATIENT. I THOUGHT DOCTORS WHERE THEY FOR THE PATIENTS, BUT I GUESS THEY ARE THERE FOR THE MONEY ONLY. THANKS FOR HELPING AND KEEPING MY CHILD ON THE RIGHT TRACK SO SHE CAN BE A USEFUL MEMBER OF SOCIETY. NOT!!!!

I sent in a payment on my account 2 weeks ago. When I arrived in the office for my appointment I was told I needed to pay the full balance or talk to their billing department. Right there at that moment. I don't appreciate being ambushed in the office at the reception desk regarding a past due balance. The billing department should have called me before my appointment if they needed to speak to me. I'm not going to discuss my financials in middle of their office for anyone and everyone to hear. Completely unprofessional. I walked out.

******WARNING<WARNING<WARNING********DO NOT..... I REPEAT...... DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. STAY AWAY!!!! IF YOU EVER GET STUCK IN TRAFFIC OR HAVE EMERGENCY SAME DAY AS YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL BE CHARGED. I CANNOT TRY TO CONVINCE EVERYONE ENOUGH THAT THIS DOCTORS OFFICE IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH!!! THEY WILL STRESS YOU OUT MORE THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE. THE DOCTOR WAS LATE AND I HAD TO LEAVE TO MAKE IT TO WORK ON TIME. THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND I DID NOT EVEN SEE THE DOCTOR. HE ACTUALLY CALLED ANOTHER PATIENT IN THE ROOM BEFORE ME.(SO THEY DOUBLE BOOKED THE TIME) I TRIED TO ASK FOR THE CHARGES TO BE REVERSED AND BILLING ARGUED WITH ME AND HUNG UP!!! THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. NOT TO MENTION THAT THIS IS PSYCHOLOGIST. MOST PATIENTS NEED TO NOT BE STRESSED OUT!!!HORRIBLE PLACE. PLEASE PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. READ ALL THE REVIEWS. MOST SAY THE SAME THING AS ME!!!

Office in general is unprofessional. How is it my fault ur system didnt give me a reminder. So now im kicked out of office and have no medication. Yup, they have 0 cares for my life. Hope yall can afford a funeral. No meds + depression = suicide....

8+ months of consistent symptoms with 0 support or improvement. 2 major medication side effects causing ER visits. No support just consistent dose increases on ineffective medications. 2-5 minute visits. Will not prescribe narcotics if on any form of different narcotic even if the treatment is appropriate or medically necessary. Stated government bodies will make the healthcare practioners life very difficult. There are times when it is medically appropriate. On the other hand will over prescribe narcotics to narcotically naive patients as long as they are not currently on a different narcotic. No concern or consideration for suicidal ideation, will not continue a previous treatment plan of a different physician even if it was effective. Many problems with this physician that are tolerated due to the severe shortage and lack of psychiatrists in Racine. Find a different psychiatrist that helps you. Don't let your depression and/or anxiety keep you down an ineffective path like I did.
