I went to several plastic MDs and he was the only one creative enough to do the incision in a natural line in my face and although its a huge area its hardly noticeable at all! He is very good at what he does, I have seen abdominal, breast and other procedures he has done, all very natural looking.

The entire staff was very supportive and caring! My situation was a little different as I live in Illinois. Amy demonstrated patience and understanding while I was making what seemed like a major surgical decision in my life. When I messed my surgery date up Amy was just a click away helping me figure things out. My consultation day was just the day before surgery and Beth was so helpful and made me feel comfortable! Allison was my CRNA and did such a great job I went into surgery feeling at ease! Dr. Cohn and Dr. Mateo made sure I had all my questions answered and was left with no doubt about my surgery!! Dr. Cohn is everything you hope for in a plastic surgeon. He did a mastopexy for me Dec 18. Staff is amazing, kind, and thoughtful. Dr. Cohn listens to you, and he and nurses are really wise to all of the feelings you might be having throughout your cosmetic surgery journey from consultation to after surgery recovery. They really take care of you. But most importantly...The outcome...I was looking for improvement, but got perfection.Perrrfection...It is like Id never nursed a child a day in my life! Time warp to when I was 20! Best thing I did for ME, and I could never thank Dr. Cohn enough for such beautiful results, and expert, attentive care!

It was great to sit down and talk with Dr. Cohn and his staff. Starting with Sheri at the front desk who did her best to get me in as soon as possible, to his kind nurse Allyson who made me laugh and feel comfortable, and his patient coordinator Amy who went through step by step instructions to make sure I understood. I had a cancer diagnosis in 2011. I had a lumpectomy on my right breast and did not consider surgery at the time. Over time I reconsidered my options. My surgeon that did my lumpectomy referred me to Dr. Cohn. He answered all my questions. I was apprehensive on the day of the surgery but he put me at ease. I had a fat graft on the right side and a reduction on the left. My goal was symmetry and improved appearance. Dr. Cohn did a wonderful job accomplishing that. I did not know results like that could achieved since a few years had past since my original surgery. I did not even have to take prescribed pain meds, just Advilif needed. I am a mature woman but I feel like 30! Ill leave it right there!

A dear friend of mine had a breast reduction and a tummy tuck. After two visits to dr.cohn, post op, complaining about severe pain and a horrible smell, she was sent home again and told she would be fine again . She eventually landed in ICU and stayed in the hospital for almost two weeks.She was diagnosed with acute adrenal failure and sepsis. After being released from the hospital, she was admitted to rehab for about 10 days. Fortunately, she is still living.

By the time we left the office that day though, there was hope that everything would be ok, understanding due to the careful details we were given and a trust that came from everyone we met with that they would each be there to see us through. And they were! Their professional and personal attention not only helped me with my physical healing but emotional as well.
