Everything was amazing from start to finish. The consult was informative beyond what I had experienced at previous consults. The staff was kind, helpful and genuinely enjoyed what they do and their patients. I truly felt like an individual through the entire process. I'm just 2 days post op but am very pleased with my results and the recovery up until this point. I would highly recommend Dr. Al Cohn to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Love Dr. Cohn and his staff!!!! They were in tune to me and really listened to what I wanted. They made me feel as if I were their only patient. They never rushed me through my visits and they never made me wait!!! They are excellent!! I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!!

Other than the flawless work Dr. Cohn performed on me, he is the most personable doctor that I have ever dealt with and his staff is nothing short of amazing. Dr. Cohn goes the extra mile for his clients. He called me from his person number after my operation to check on me. If I have to have any work performed in the future, he will be the first Doctor I call. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

I never in a million years ever saw myself needing a Plastic Surgeon. I was referred to Dr. Cohn by another physician and he was amazing. All my worries and concerns vanished as he and his staff was very informative and explained in detail the procedure, recovery, and stages of the process I would be going through. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing any type of plastic surgery.

I've had several procedures done here. I was extremely nervous at first---how do you know if a plastic surgeon is REALLY good or not? I can assure you 100% that Dr. Grotting is beyond outstanding. In fact, he literally wrote the book(s) on plastic surgery---the medical texts are on display in his office. I am so happy with my results that I have continued to use Grotting and Cohn for Coolsculpting as well as laser treatments on my face, arms, and legs to get rid of those pesky sun spots/age spots. The staff is exceptionally friendly. They really do treat you like family here. I love it!!!

This is going to be a long one, sorry guys. Lots of pros and cons with this place but my experience was mostly cons. Scheduling an appointment is super easy, you can request one online and within 2 days I got a phone call to schedule. A con with that is the soonest appointment was a month away, overall this didnt really bother me. 48 hours before my appointment (they had a month to send me this) I get an email telling me to fill out paperwork online prior to my appointment. I got this email while I was at work. I then received a phone call a few hours later telling me that if I didnt call back before they closed that they were going to cancel my appointment (all of this happened while I was at work where Im not allowed to have my phone on me). As soon as I got off of work I immediately called to say I still wanted the appointment and the lady on the phone didnt seem too happy to hear that and she told me that I needed to get the paperwork done before my appointment and I told her I would and the reason I hadnt yet is because I was at work. The overall phone call was not pleasant at all. Once I got off work I only had 10 hours to go home, sleep, and get ready for work once more (we were down a person-this normally didnt happen). I once again received a phone call (while at work) telling me that if I didnt have the paperwork filled out online 24 hours prior to my appointment that it would be cancelled- not what I was told yesterday. So during my lunch break I had to use my phone to fill out as much as I could. Fast forward to the next day when I had my appointment. Once I was here in the building everyone was extremely nice and genuine. I felt comfortable and it was a great experience. They were honest with me and I really appreciated at. At the end of my appointment I met with a lady named Amy who told me that she would call my by the end of the day to let me know if my intended operation would be covered by insurance or not. I never got a call from her. A week later (literally 7 days from my appointment) I called them asking for amy and was told she was on another phone call so they sent me to voicemail. I told her my name, asked her to call me back for an update, and gave her a number to reach me at. Never received a call from her. Two weeks later I get a letter in the mail from my insurance company saying they needed more information but that nothing was required of me and that the doctors office had to provide more information. So the next day I call again to talk to amy, once again on another phone call. So I leave another voicemail, leaving my full name, telling her about the letter I received and asking for an update, then ended it with my number. To this day- 2 months later- I still have never gotten a call back from amy. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this place to anyone overall. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the actual doctor- cohn, and his nurse were extremely honest and nice to me. Thats it. Hopefully they can teach the rest of their staff how to be professional and how to treat patients.
