I will start by saying I did have a lot of delays due to coming up with thousands of dollars but I should have been told there would be a possibility of him retiring in the middle of my dental care I spent over 600 thousand dollars and ended up with basically the same dentures that my grandmother had and every time I went there someone different would be doing whatever they was going to do that day.They usually didnt know what they were supposed to do for me that day. I was supposed to get implants but ended up with a dentist I never seen before cutting and digging in my mouth. If I seen him on the street I would not know who it was. I was basically manipulated into taking on a replacement dentist regardless of if I wanted to or not. I could have went and spent 800 dollars for the same quality of dentures and they acted like it was my fault they didnt fit I cannot even wear the bottom one and still cannot chew my food and they are so horrible so if you dont want the same primitive dentures that your grandparents wore than save your money. If you want to be treated like a customer instead of a problem do not go here. I had a bad feeling when someone different took care of me and really just fumbling around trying to find out what they was going to do today and for that Im totally beating myself up over just walking out but I was so embarrassed and desperate for a temporary descent smile because that was devastating for me to loose my teeth. I should have just left but I didnt and now there is no telling how Im going to get myself out of this situation financially!!! I just want a smile that I can be proud of and forget how much money I spent on horrible primitive dentures that dont stay in and look absolutely nothing like my teeth. I could have used that for my implants (I dont know how I will pay for implants now and I cry about it every day and I dont hardly even look in the mirror because I feel disfigured )

I was interested in having the Nova Threads in my neck. I found Dr Bigelow doing a Google search and she had several videos on YouTube about herself and her facility. After watching them, I decided to drive from Anniston to have my procedures done by Dr Bigelow. I'm over 40 and talked with Dr Bigelow about several procedures that could help with sagging skin, fine lines etc. I had done my research and I knew what I wanted. She listened patiently and then said no, lol. She said I wouldn't be happy with the results and instead suggested a completely different treatment plan. I agreed to follow her suggestions. I had dermal fillers to even out the skin in several areas, over 100 units of Botox and the Nova Threads for the brows. I am extremely happy with the results. She did an amazing job. She was very patient with me and really explained why I would want a procedure and why I would not. She is a true artist. She could have just done as I had asked but I believe she genuinely cared that I was going to be pleased with the final results. Well she was spot on. Her facility is very modern and office staff were friendly and helpful. Pricing is competitive or slightly below other facilities. I highly recommend!!

I received an e-mail 'appointment reminder' from this physician. I worry that this is some kind of e-mail phishing scam. I don't live in AL and am not looking for plastic surgery. I am not going to click on the message, but thought I would post a review so that others might see it if this is happening to others. My name is not that common, but maybe there is someone else, in AL with an e-mail similar to mind. I doubt it.

In Feb. of 2014 I had my eyes done on top and bottom and throughout the whole procedure from consult to the surgery it went so well and the staff was really helpful and kind. I was flying to Las Vegas in 10 days and no one could tell I had my eyes done. I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Bigelow for any procedures and I have seen many women that have had procedures and recommended Dr. Bigelow before I had been to her. I saw great results.

I have been a client of Tuesday for about 8/9 years. I mainly get Botox. And my results are amazing! After marrying an Airman 5 years ago, we've moved to several states in the past 5 years so I had to go to other places to get my Botox. Every time I had my Botox done elsewhere I would have to go back because it never looked smooth like it was when Tuesday did my Botox. So, every time I come home to visit I make an appointment for my Botox with Tuesday. I say with great confidence that Dr. Tuesday Bigelow is the best! She is kind, passionate about her craft, and does quality work. I'm a very happy client! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a little freshening up!

Dr. Bigelow has been my 'please keep me looking young' doctor for 20 years...now, as I approach 50, I look essentially the same as I did in my early thirties. ( Let's just say closer to 50 than 40). For me, 'best offense has been great defense'. Dr. Bigelow has always taken time to educate me about my options at every stage and has helped me make choices that were cost effective and that I felt were best for me. Early in the game, I understand the importance of using effective skin care products and getting in office skin treatments that she recommended. Other than that, I had a little Botox several times a year. Then, as life happens, I moved over three hours away and tried to find similar care but was repeatedly unsatisfied. I saw a lot friends, clients, and aquaintances who had had things done and looked very unnatural and just 'odd'. As I got a little older, I began noticing the loss of volume in my face and didn't trust anyone else enough to have anything done. I scheduled time to return to see Dr. Bigelow and had Bellafill to restore the fullness and shape of my face to the way it looked in my younger years. I have always been fortunate to have a nice shaped lips and have never really wanted enlarged lips but recently began noticing that my lips were disappearing and getting tiny lines around them. My latest procedure was placement of PDO threads to restore an edge on the borders of my lips. I love them...it's very natural, subtle change but I feel like it makes a huge difference. I also had a few threads placed to raise my eyebrows just a tad. Dr. Bigelow has kept me looking 'the same and natural' for twenty years...I'm going to stick with that.
