Our apartment was at 2:00 .Didn't get to see the Dr till 4:00.I think they need more help.I gave 2 stars because they were friendly.

Many times I have asked for referrals and had to call back several times to get it. The np walked in one day yelling at me because I didn't show up for a follow-up exactly when she wanted me to. Then had put on my permanent record that I am a non compliant patient. She's rude and everything I hate about the medical community. Please don't go here! Alot of people warned me and I still put up with them for 4 years.

I tried for 2 weeks and so did my pharmacy.. to get the doctor to call my insurance company and explain why they raised my dosage..so they would pay for it...long story short they never called my insurance company...so instead of me paying 3 dollars for my prescription i had to psy 25.00..I am findinv me a new doctor that knows what they are doing..

There basically rude and insulting to someone of my intelligence . There basically worthless I went in to get my surgery stitching looked at along WITH needing refills on meds and check about bp being hi. **I had both BREAST removed from CANCER in 2014 & had to go 9 hr away to have reconstruction surgery and implants last month .But on with this ,, **Their question's were not there business ! It was seriously like a 911 inquest and she talked down like I was seriously stupid ! I stopped her and told her she was insulting and rude ! ( I hold 4 master degree's ) & I am a licensed LPN .I just totally am anti social !! I CAN'T handle stupid well !!So me being me ,Stud up and left out rood ! Request my information to be returned they refused !I would not let these people take care of a rat let alone a human ..RESPECT IS SOME THING THIS PERSON NEEDS. SHE HAD A RED KINDA HAIR AND HER ASS ON HER SHOULDER GUESS SHE NEEDS CLASSES IN DEALING WITH PEOPLE ..BAD SHE IS IN HEALTH CARE .VERY BAD! !!@ON A SWEET NOTE THE LADY WHO DID MY WEIGHT WAS VERY SWEET SHE NEEDS TO FIND A BETTER PLACE TO WORK .I FOUND HER KIND AND TRULY BELIEVE SHE WAS A NICE PERSON !!!
