I couldn't be anymore satisfied! The entire staff are pure professionals yet welcoming and kind. I was out of my comfort zone being at a bougee Scottsdale plastic surgery facility, and I'm not going to lie...I was a little nervous of sticking out like a sore thumb and not being treated the same as clients who 'belong'. I didn't have a thing to worry about...the staff and Dr's are amazing. I felt so at ease..no pressure or sales for more procedures. My lips are beautiful and naturally full again. My doctor is an artist...that's for certain. I wish I could have had this done years ago.

I had a lower face and neck lift done by Dr. T 6 months ago. I am very pleased with the results so far and the treatment I have received from the doctor and his staff. Shea is very patient and answered ALL my questions. I can honestly say I never had any real pain after the procedure. I was healed and looking presentable enough to return to work in 10 days! I was beyond impressed with my experience at Arizona Facial Plastics. The staff takes the time to discuss various treatment options, discuss the pros and cons of each and genuinely values your input to collectively determine the best outcome. I never had skin issues as an adolescent. It wasnt until a couple of years ago as an adult did my complexion change. I tried to fix my adult acne alone, until I found out it was due to a hormone imbalance. I was able to get to the root of the problem and got my hormones back under control again. I went to the office for a consult and I decided to go with a package with a few different treatments. They hit all the areas I wanted; improving my skin texture from scarring, lessening the redness and getting rid of the brown pigment spots from the sun and acne. I got additional benefits from the treatments like less fine lines and wrinkles. The staff told me it would be a process and I must say that I am so happy with my results. My patience did pay off, because I love my skin again.On top of expert care, the staff is very open and friendly. They email appointment reminders and text to confirm appointments. I received excellent discounts I couldnt get other places just by going with package deals. I feel so comfortable with everything about this place. I have zero complaints; this is an awesome practice that I would recommend to everyone.

Ive been going to med spas (although this office is more than a med spa) for almost 10 years so I have a large basis for comparison; I was extremely impressed with Arizona Facial Plastics. Every staff member was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and soothing. I felt extremely comfortable at every stage of treatment (I did microneedling, a laser, and neurotoxins) knowing that I was in good hands. I feel like Im a pretty tough critic when it comes to stuff like this but honestly I highly recommend this company. I will be switching to AZ Facial Plastics for all my future treatments.

Dr. T has the holy trinity of what it takes to give you an ideal result of your procedure. Skills, artistry, and great staff.I had rhinoplasty done about a month ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. I did not have bruising after my surgery, although I do have high pain tolerance, there was only a small amount of discomfort during the recovery period. Everyone around me was amazed at how natural, yet dramatically improved my new nose is. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Shea even answered my questions via text message when I needed to know if it was safe for me to go to Phoenix Open a week after the surgery. I went here and saw Melissa for help with a scar on my face.She did an amazing job and identifying what to do and explaining it to me. I legit tried everything, peels, needling, microdermabrasion, scar gels. Nothing worked and i was sorta expecting to be dealing with this scar on my forehead forever, going here for a Filler consultation was sorta my last option before giving up. I was bit my a spider that caused a patch of skin right on the middle of more forhead to rot away and it left a pitted scar. Melissa was able to do a quick subcision, which was painless and put filler under thr scar to keep it from sinking back in. My scar is virtually impossible to see now. Since you pay by the product we used the remainder of the filler to give my lips a little extra plump =DEverything was great. Definitely going back when i need a touch up and would recommend anyone. If you have a scar that is sunken in, stop wasting the anxiety and stress on useless products that don't work. See a professional, i really should have went here sooner and avoided the hassle i went through. Thanks Melissa =)

I have been very impressed with this office. My experience has wonderful from my initial consultation to the technicians. I had been going to 'med spas' in the past and was not getting the results I wanted. As soon as I met with Shea I knew this was different. He went over my concerns, took some very cool photos showing exactly where the damage was. He put together a very realistic package (both in time and money) for me to better get the results I wanted. All of the treatments have been amazing as well. Camille is truly an expert at what she does! I can't say enough positive things about this office. I live in North Scottsdale and will continue to come to this clinic even though there are many other options that are closer. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to improve their skin.

I loved my experience with them. The staff and doctor were friendly and very helpful. The outside of the office building do not look like much but the inside suites are very nice. I had plastic surgery on my face. And of course I was nervous. I arrived at a separate surgical center and was treated very well. I felt comfortable with the staff. Now Im almost 2 weeks after my surgery and Im very happy. My face is healing up real fast. And Ill get follow up maintenance for my skin.

Finally last year I did some research and decided that it was finally the time to remove a raised forehead scar I've had since birth. Never having a proper diagnosis in the past I had tried creams, commercial lasering, etc with no success and results until I came to AZ facial plastics. Dr. Taghizadeh and his wonderful and friendly team worked with me trying to find the right treatment after so much disappointment from other places in the past. After going through a surgical scar removal procedure and CO2 lasering my scar is practically unnoticeable. Without their dedication and patience I would not have the successful results I have today. I owe them my new found self confidence, and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for similar results.

Well, where do I start? I am visiting from out of town and was referred by a friend to this clinic. I really wanted to get my Botox done again. I end up using upwards of 40 cc's. I stress a lot haha. From the moment I walked in I was over taken by the spa like feel of the clinic versus the traditional sterile clinic feel. I do this to treat myself. So, that was a nice touch to the experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly. It didn't come across as forced, but genuinely friendly.During my consultation I was able to discuss my lines next to my nose and cheek that have always bothered me. Which is why I usually keep a beard. The consultant brought out an Ipad and educated me on fat layers or something like that. He had an image and circled and explained to me why they are so sunken in. Honestly, I didn't know there were fat layers in my face, ha. They then asked if I was interested in fillers. WHICH I HAVE NEVER DONE! But always wanted to try. I didn't want to look fake or give the appearance of having work done. I do tell everyone I get Botox. Because...why not!Long story short. I got the filler with my Botox and I love it. I can't stop looking into the mirror and I only got it done yesterday. The results aren't even final!Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Do yourself a favor and get injected by the Master Injector Melissa. I think that should be her official office title.

This was my first experience getting a facial and I loved it. I had a skin consultation and learned a lot about my skin and what we could could do to help with some of my issues. The staff was really nice and explained everything. I then had a hydra facial with an aesthetician and it was great. The treatment was relaxing and my skin was really hydrated and smooth at the end. I will definitely be going back!
