Consultation was good, I'd rather have the doctor do the consultation then his receptionist but that is what happened. He spent no more then five minutes with me. I was given two quotes when I left one for proveedure and one for cash discount.... Three days later I called and scheduled my surgery telling the two I was using my care creditcard... She sent me an email with directions to email her a copy of my ID and care credit and she would run it for 3299.00 which was the price of my sx... When I did I got an email stating it didn't go through and my price would actually be 4125.00 WHAT?? She explained in a email that care credit charges a 6.99. % fee so when using care credit it would be the more expensive price... She didn't give me a call to inform me of her mistake but tried to run my card for an additional 1000.00 without my knowledge . Contacting care credit they are not allowed to charge more just because I'm using care credit. In this situation Dr Simmonds should have aknowledged and accepted his staffs error and honored the 3299 price but no he was very rude and flatly said we don't do that here.... I do not recommend them AT ALL... I also filed a formal complaint with care credit letting them know what is going on. They received my emails between his staff and I admitting that a 6.99 fee is charged to the Dr and so they use the more expensive price to cover that cost, they agree that goes against the contract agreement between Dr and care credit... Basically if you pay with a credit card you'll get hit with 25% higher charge.

Really not sure how this guy is still in business. He was rude and unprofessional. And this is from someone who has had him do work on me before. I scheduled and paid to have work done from him and 2 days before my surgery his office called and said that the surgical center had cancelled and they set me up with a new date. 5 days prior to that date they cancelled again. I have many doctors in my family and they got suspicious and told me to call the surgical center. I did and they said they had no cancellations done on their end. I then looked up Dr. Simmonds medical license and it turns out it was in review to be taken away because of his disgusting behavior such as operating under the influence and recently a DUI. Of course the office was content with just constantly pushing back my surgery date and lying as to the reason why. He wasn't legally able to perform surgeries. I demanded my money back which is against their policy but they knew just how in the wrong they were so I got my money back. I wouldn't recommend this doctor or his staff to my worst enemy. His office staff is just as bad as he is. They will laugh at you in the next room if you can't afford more than one procedure. The walls are very thin.

Dr Simmonds was my 2nd consultation for abdominoplasty. I ended up choosing him because I liked his honesty. He advised me that due to my extreme weight loss I would not lose all of my stretch marks but he was confident that he could give me what I was looking for. And man he really delivered!!! He has a very no nonsense approach and was not trying to upsell me for other procedures. He listened to my personal wants and needs. The payment process was very easy, his office staff is super cool, and they made sure I was well taken care of during my recovery. My surgery went well. My stomach skin doesnt sit in my lap anymore. The healing process went much better than I expected. Im looking into a second round of surgery (BBL with this same awesome surgeon again) soon.

Dr Simmonds and his staff are kind, caring and very professional. My procedure went better than I had expected (lots of scary stories on the internet). Throughout the process they all made sure I was comfortable and eased my anxiety. Dr. Simmonds answered all of my questions and set me at ease with his kind bed-side manner. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I've been a long standing patient of Dr. Simmonds for years. His staff is always incredibly pleasant and helpful. I had my breasts done years ago and returned for a tummy tuck. The process from beginning to end was as fantastic as it's always been. His bedside manner is always very caring and attentive. He encourages me to ask any questions I need to. I can't imagine going any place else. I'll continue to refer family and friends to his office.

I had my eyes and nose done by Dr. Simmonds. I have been wanting my nose done for years. I finally did and it and it looks amazing. I love it. I was seeing some aging around my eyes so I had him do both my upper and lower eyes. It took 5 to 10 years off. I am very pleased with my results and the way I was treated by Dr. Simmonds and his staff

I paid for breast augmentation, did all clearances, quit smoking, flew a friend to take care of me, spent time, money, and alot of anxiousness and excitement. Surgery date came and I was prepped and ready to go iv and all. Doctor Simmonds came in late and said implants were never ordered. Surgery was cancelled. Unprepared and unprofessional. How do you forget the most important part of a breast augmentation. Who knows if when he is operating on you something else slips his mind and you are permanently injured? Or you lose time and money. Steer clear of this mess.The biggest red flag should have bern that all his staff mysteriously either quit or were fired the week before the surgery. Really disappointed and this was a huge moment for me that was completely ruined. I havent stopped crying since this happened I am totally crushed. He is completely detached and lacks empathy for his patients.This doctor is one of the most unprepared, irritable and problematic doctors I have ever met. I am currently seeking legal advice and will explore all options for the money and time spent and the emotional trauma he caused me.

WORST experience of my life. I have never felt so violated and uncomfortable. apart from having to wait forever even though i was the only patient in there, the staff was rude and and had terrible 'bed side' manners. the receptionist did the consultation and didn't even warn me before pulling my shirt off and shoving silicone implants in. then after she was done man-handling me, Dr Simmonds came in to examine me....alone. i felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable when he asked me to take my shirt off and there was not another female in the room. he kept trying to convince me to go bigger as I was trying on sizes even though I repeatdely told him I did not want to be that big. When he tried to start taking pictures i put my foot down. He acted very irritated with me that I refused and stormed out of the room. Very unprofessional and I felt dirty and violated. They're costs were $1500 more than any other office i've been into. The office itself is hard to find, hidden in a complex with other random businesses. DO NOT even bother to check into this place. It was the worst experience of my life visiting a doctor's office.
