Beautiful office. Friendly and very helpful staff. Every person I encountered was so sweet and nice! Dr. Gawley was very caring, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident in selecting him as my surgeon. He performed by breast reduction and the entire surgery staff was amazing. The anesthesiologist made me feel comfortable and gave me a shot that helped with nausea. I am terrified of anesthesia and have thrown up post surgery every time except for this one!! Its only been days since my surgery and Im so satisfied with my results. At my post op appointment dr. Gawley was quick with taking my drains out and helped settle my fears of pain when removing them. He acknowledged my husband and son while they were in the room with me. He is a delightful person with a good sense of humor! I highly recommend DR. Gawley and his staff !!! Id never want to go anywhere else!

I strongly recommend Dr. Bryan Gawley. He completed full breast/nipple reconstruction on me after a double mastectomy. They look amazing! I'm really happy with the results. I chose him because you can tell in his work he doesn't just replace your breasts for you, he wants them to be beautiful as well. Dr. Mahabir with Gawley Plastic Surgery exchanged my breast implants. I had the textured type that were recalled by Allergan. Dr. Mahabir knew exactly how to handle the replacement. He removed the capsule surrounding the implants as that is the tissue that is affected by the textured implant. His entire team from front desk staff, nurses, anesthesiologists, and after care are phenomenal. I will never use another plastic surgeon!!

I made the mistake of NOT going to Dr. Gawley for breast reconstruction. Dr. Gawley recommended I have two operations - the first to put in expanders and the second to replace the implants. Instead I went to a doctor who said I only needed one operation. Because of his ineptness I ended up having SEVEN operations over a period of two years! Lesson learned. From now on I will go to Dr. Gawley for any cosmetic or reconstructive surgery!

Dr. Mahabir and Gawley Plastic Surgery are THE best. Stop Looking!In 2014, I has breast augmentation and a lift from Dr. Gawley. His work was perfect and his office was EXCEPTIONAL at customer service. Then at 41, I was crushed to receive a breast cancer diagnosis and find out I would need a double mastectomy. My first priority was getting rid of cancer. Afterwards, I went to several surgeons offices in the west valley (where I was undergoing chemotherapy) to discuss my reconstruction options. After looking at photos and talking to the doctors, I often left feeling more confused and like there were no good aesthetic options. I returned to Dr. Gawleys office, unsure of whether my insurance would cover them out of network, but knowing they would give me guidance on the best outcomes for me (at least as a second opinion). At this time, I met Dr. Mahabir. After meeting with him, I immediately felt hope that there could be a positive aesthetic outcome. Dr. Mahabirs recommendations were honest, his explanations were clear, and he made sure MY expectations matched what was medically Possible. When we walked out, I knew I would be using him, insurance coverage or not.I just completed my bilateral mastectomy last week. 2 DAYS after surgery, my breasts looked beautiful. He and Dr. Liu (incredible oncology breast surgeon) were able to use nipple and skin-sparing techniques through my previous incisions and go direct to implants. I was terrified to unwrap the bandages, but ended up crying with joy and relief. I have NO new scars and I could go out in a bathing suit and feel confident and beautiful TODAY. I am floored at what he was able to do for me. Dr. Mahabir is a big part of the silver-lining in a dark time. He is an AMAZINGLY talented, artistic, and charismatic doctor (who has a background at Mayo Clinic- which extends confidence in a cancer situation). Dr. Mahabir somehow turned my mastectomy into an upgrade.And, what impressed me the most, is that when I had a misunderstanding between doctors, Dr Mahabir made an appt with me to apologize for the miscommunication and clarify his intentions. It is rare for a doctor as prestigious as this to go so far out of his way to seek mutual understanding. I was so impressed with his compassion and concern for not only my physical health, but my emotional well-being. If you are looking at reconstruction, THIS IS YOUR doctor. Find a way. Hes worth it.

I learned more about my previous double mastectomy in 15 minutes with Dr. Gawley than with my previous reconstruction surgeon. Dr. Gawley seems very genuine and it is my hope that I can update this review with excellent results after my surgery :)UPDATE!!!!!!!! And might I say that I am so blessed to have had Dr. Gawley to reconstruct the reconstruction. This man is a breast MASTER CONSTRUCTOR! The staff are all amazing and so very helpful for any questions you might have. My post op appointment went great, my breasts look like they did prior to my double mastectomy. The best part about Dr. Gawley is that he lives his work life on the positive spectrum. I came into his office so mad at my other doctor that disfigured me and immediately he said we cannot change what happened but we can fix it. So let's focus and the positive and let go of what previously happened. WOW... calmed me right now and he did exactly what he said he was going to do.... he fixed me. :)

I had a mommy makeover almost 3 months ago and the whole experience has been so amazing! Dr. Gawley is brilliant! His bedside manner is the best. Hes so comforting and genuine. I am so happy with my new body and it really was a surprisingly easy recovery, and I credit Dr. Gawley and Team. The whole staff is so kind and I feel like I am now part of a family. His patient coordinator, Amber Acosta, is such an asset to his team. She has gone above and beyond to be there for me from pre to post surgery. When I first met Dr.Gawley, I thought he was the answer to my prayers. Little did I know it was just the opposite and for the next 18 months the mental, physical, emotional stress that I would go through cant be described. Dr. Gawley, did a double eyelid lift on me 3/18. I was born with out a muscle in my left eyelid, had 3 previous eyelid surgeries and I met with Dr Gawley. He did an outstanding job, but during my recovery didnt take the time to listen or even go with his own gut when he thought that a stitch could have scratched my cornea durning surgery and that was what was causing the pain and irritation to my left eye. He told me wait, if I am still experiencing the pain a few more days call and he will refer me to an eye specialist. Well the pain didnt go away, but my eyesight did. I was blind for 8 wks, experienced severe headaches, and pain. I wear a contact lens to protect the eye because there is so much damage my eye Dr. just wants to be careful with the eye.Surgeon #2 where Dr Gawleys after care just wasnt there?? I had already scheduled a tummy tuck when recovering from eyelid surgeries. Looking back now regret it for many reasons. For my pre-op I meet with Amber so Im asking about the liposuction and where Dr. Gawley does the lipo, how much he removes etc. Ambers reply he knows, thats why he makes the big bucks, and smiles. When I left I called a friend and said I am this Close to canceling. I had the surgery 5/30. Beginning of Aug I notice this bulge in my abdomen so I call Dr. Gawleys office. They have me send pictures, call me back and schedule an appointment for the next wk. Dr. Gawley say I have fluid it will go away. That I probably tore a muscle and the fluid is there to heal the area. As time went on the pain gets worse, I cant lift my arms above my head,, no range of motion, cant walk faster than 4.0 on the treadmill, I tell him it feels like something is squeezing my insides, pulling my body apart at times. Not right. How can I feel worse.always passed it off, even talked about surgeries he had and how long it took for him to heal. Well, 10/07/19 I just had to have a complete revision, my belly button cut out because it was so damaged by scar tissue, two huge thick pieces of scar tissue taken from my lower stomach up to my belly button all because the fluid that was left in there causing damage, pain, suffering. Another surgery, another recovery.I hope we both learned something from this. When something seems too good to be true, it probably is. And maybe stop and listen, hear what people are saying be present instead of wondering whats behind door number 2, or 3.In my case Dr. Gawley did a wonderful job repairing my left eyelid. Something that I was self conscious of and made fun of my whole life. But at what cost... permanent eye damage.As for the tummy tuck-Worked, savedto have the surgery and pay him THE BIG BUCKS lost weight, looked forward to feeling and looking better than ever and totally the opposite. So, thank you so much Dr. Gawley. For making the past 18 months a living hell filled with emotional, physical stress. And actually being in the worst shape ever in my life.

I had an amazing experience each time i visited Dr Gawleys office. From the warm greeting from the lovely ladies at the front desk, to Amber coordinating my appointments, Denise keeping me closely updated on Dr Gawleys schedule on the day of surgery to Dr Gawleys incredible work. On one visit i had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes and they gave me a starbucks gift card for my inconvenience - this is truly amazing 5-star customer service. I recommend Dr Gawleys office for any of their services.

I would give them no stars if I could because first impressions are monumental. I called to make an appt today. Ashley refused to make an appt for me because they are not contracted with my secondary insurance (not primary). I do not understand this because as a result of going thru chemo for 5 months my maximum out pocket has been met and there would be no need to bill secondary ins. This is an unfortunate situation and practice that I just can not understand and the billing person will not return for a week to clarifying this. They may have great reviews but first you have to get thru the door.

Dr. Raman Mahabir listens. I Had Breast implants removed last April . I had lymph pain and seromas developing on top of my implants. His work is impeccable. He reattached my pectorals that had been damaged from past breast augmentations. My sutures are invisible 10 months post op. And he did full enbloc. My recovery was pain free , easy, after my 6 weeks I was off to Italy! I feel and look amazing. Thank you Dr. Mahabir !

It was a great experience from the consultTo my post op. Amber is amazing through the whole consult process and scheduling for your procedure. Getting ready for surgery my nurse Andrea was awesome. She was funny and really helped me relax. The anesthesiologist was great. It's nice when they are down to earth companionate but yet professional. You don't meet to many surgeons that take the time to actually have conversation, answer questions and who are down to earth and make you feel comfortable. I went to my first post op and saw the results of my breast reduction and was amazed by how awesome they looked. I was really scared to have this surgery as I thought the pain would be significantly worse. Don't get me wrong I am sore but nothing like I thought I would be. If you are thinking about having any cosmetic procedures I would highly recommend this office. You will have a fantastic overall experience.

I just had my breast augmentation procedure on the 1st and there is nothing bad I can say about Dr Gawley or his staff. They are so nice and great at making sure i am comfortable. Dr Gawley even sent me flowers on my 2 day post op They coverederd any question I would have had without me having to ask before and after my procedure. I am only a few days post up but am happy with the recovery progress I am making. It will take a few weeks to know more on my review and I will be sure to update when I am further in recovery.

My breast aug could not be worse. I feel like Frankenstein. My implant sits so low into my stomach that it hurts constantly and I cannot wear a bra. The other one sags and looks completely different. Theres so much extra skin that it folds over. I literally have to have the entire thing redone by another surgeon. Its so heartbreaking. He is very well spoken and speaks very well, he will seduce you into thinking he knows what hes doing. He doesnt. I cannot say enough how badly it turned out. I wish I could post photos on here.

BOTCHED!!! Do not trust your body to this Dr! I took my teen daughter here because she unfortunately had one breast not grow and the other was deformed. She has been super self conscious and it has affected her self esteem. Since she had a special case we did consultations with several surgeons before making our decision. We chose Dr. Gawley because he assured us he could make her look great, symmetrical etc. I wish I could put a photo on here...she looks like FRANKENSTEIN. One implant dropped into her stomach area and she can't even wear a bra because the implant is so far below the bra line. The other breast is sagging so much it looks like a 90 year olds breast. When we called in they told us it would be 3k to fix the one that dropped in the stomach area. My daughter got so upset at the looks of it she developed anxiety and dropped out of her first semester of college!!! She can't wear bras so her one breast swings around and the other looks like a blob through her shirt!!!! It's SUPER noticeable and she stays inside. So I took her to three other surgeons and all three basically confirmed she was BOTCHED. When I called upset to tell them we shouldn't have to pay to fix, they scheduled us almost a month out. Then when we went to see Dr. Gawley first he was more concerned with what other surgeons we saw then my daughter who was bawling her eyes out in front of him. Second, he went on and on about how it was common for that to happen and it would continue to take more surgeries and now she needed a mesh that's 4K. I was pissed because if it's common WHY WOULDNT YOU TELL US THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE???? Instead of telling us how great she will look??? I get that other people have had great experiences but unless you have a super typical easy, slide in some implants and call it good kind of surgery...DO NOT GO TO DR. Gawley.He offered to waive his service fees for the surgery....I'd rather pay someone we can trust.

Amber & Dr. Gawley, as well as everyone in his office is AMAZING, kind and professional. When I meet with Amber for a consult I had 4 other consults set up some in which I had paid for in advance. After visiting my husband and I visited her for a consult on a tummy tuck and breast enlargement, we cancelled all other consults that day luckily we were able to get refunds however it would still have been worth it without them. I am 37yrs, 157 lbs,36DD mother with 2 births who lost 40lbs in the last 2yrs. I wanted a tummy tuck and more than an enlargement I wanted a breast lift.Amber explained to us that with the heavy breast tissue that a lift would not be the best option it would not give me the results I wanted. However I would need a reduction first to remove the heavy tissue and create a solid shelve for the lift I was looking for. I am now 4 weeks post surgery and I cannot believe the results of the tummy tuck I never dreamed he would be able to remove as much skin as he did and do so with such a straight incision line and a line that does not show. My breast are preker then they have ever been and I cannot wait for the second surgery for the implants.
