They did grate with explaining everything to me and helping me understand it all. The wait was fast and my surgery was quick to. I had all four wisdom teeth removed and I was provided with meds that will help me with the pain and so far they have worked. The office was very clean everone was in masks and gloves.they did their best with making me feel comfortable before my surgery. It wasn't hard to fill paper work out or anything like that it was all very smooth and im very happy with my experience. The surgery went well and I'm pleased with it and the doctor and nurses who helped.

I was referred to Sonoma Oral and Facial Surgery by my dentist to see Dr. Spanganberg. It took a little longer than expected for me to get in to see him, but given the time of year, I wasn't surprised. After my consultation last week they actually fit me in for surgery yesterday. I was able to talk to the Doctor and his staff regarding my stress due to never having being put under general anesthesia. He and his staff were very kind and reassuring. It took less than half an hour from the administration of the anesthesia to the completion of my surgery. I will 100% go back in the future, they took very good care of me and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was stupid.

Just had my second procedure at this office and by far the best team and doctor I have ever seen. Extremely clean, polite, ethical, sympathetic, you just cannot ask for better treatment. Dr.Spanganberg is the best in all of Arizona. Can't thank you enough for everything. Sincerely, Dave.

There are still good and caring people in the world! They are at Sonoma!! For the 1st time, in a long time, I felt truly cared for. Karen and Darcy and Dr Shoemaker expressed a very real concern for me and my well being. I never felt like a $. I felt like a patient and a friend, and I felt cared for. After having all 4 wisdom teeth removed at my 'advanced years' and having some issues after...it was a blessing to be able to call and visit the office and not have to worry that I would be billed extra. This is how healthcare should be. True caring. True compassion. True people. I'm still in pain, but I feel good. I know if I have any problems that I will be cared for and not be taken advantage of, monetarily or otherwise, for additional 'assistance'. Everyone here that I dealt with was a consummate professional. The work done was explained in depth beforehand and carried out with great care and precision. I could not be happier with my experience with Sonoma. A special thank you to both Karen and Darcy.

Rude front desk people very rude. They over charge you. Before you go call your insurance and have them tell you how much you're going to pay because they will over charge you and you wont ever notice. Worse customer service in yuma.

This office has the best staff. Had 4 wisdom teeth taken and everything went smoothly. Veronica is truly the best I was fighting to get the procedure completely paid for by both my insurances and she helped repeatedly to get it done. 10/10 highly recommended.

This office has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Before even going in there for a consult I was treated like royalty by Veronica. She answered all of my questions and even questions I hadn't thought of. She was so personable and even though I had to call back several times, she was so sweet each time. When I went in for my consult I was blown away at how beautiful the office was! The dcor and atmosphere matches the excellent customer service! All of the staff I met was so nice and accommodating and Dr. Spanganberg was just so friendly and personable. While waiting for my appointment, I observed how they were with other patients and they were just as friendly and accommodating to them as well. They asked everyone in the waiting area if they would like any water, etc. Based on the customer service alone, I could've cared less how the office looked as long as it was clean, so that was just a bonus! Please keep up the excellent work and don't go anywhere! :)

Dr. Spanganberg is truly awesome! I was scared to have my teeth extracted, but after visiting with him he put my mind at ease. I've never had a doctor spend so much time explaining my treatment options like he did. The night after my surgery he personally called to check on me! Wow! I highly recommend Dr. Spanganberg and his kind staff for any of your oral surgery needs.
