If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is the worst Dr to go to. He is nice but he clearly doesn't know what he's doing and the assistants here are the worst! They repeatedly and routinely screw up. They make so many mistakes with the appointments for my specialist, with pre-authorization from my insurance, faxing important and urgent forms, losing patient files and paperwork, etc. And on top of all that, they lie. I signed some papers that had to be faxed to my insurance, they didn't fax them. Despite them knowing it was urgent and despite them telling me SEVERAL times they faxed the paperwork, they still had not faxed them. They lied to me for a week before I went in and an assistant comes and tells me that it still wasn't faxed then she goes to the back and tells me she faxed it. SHE LIED! My insurance was so fed up they had to call the doctor's office to see what was going on...and they tell him that it still had not been faxed and that they'll try to fax it tomorrow but it could take a couple of business days! My insurance couldn't even comprehend the amount of disrespect and incompetence in that place. The doctor knows his employees and assistants are like this, yet he does nothing about it. They continue to get worse, and the same incompetent employees still work there. Waste of time and for anyone with serious medical conditions, a DANGEROUS doctor to have as you will spend more time and hassle dealing with insufficiently trained staff then actually getting the medical attention you need. Shouldn't the patients well-being and health be a priority? Why lie? And why not just do their job? If you have any serious medical conditions or are really ill, I wouldn't under any circumstances recommend this Dr to you. God forbid they should do this kind of thing to anyone who is in serious need of medical attention.
