Everytime I try to call to make an appointment the receptionist in the front her name is Elizabeth is lazy puts me on hold and then hangs up. It's annoying and umprofessional. Do your job its not that hard

Dr.Wu is an amazing Doctor he helped my husband with his thyroid. I thank him a lot . However the staff sucks they don't know what there doing half the time and forget about them helping you with appointments they tell you oh will give you call when they schedule a date and time then never do then when you call back to see what happened they say oh you missed your appointment and you never knew you had one to being with on that day. Like I said the Doctors that work there are great the staff sucks the people who hired them should really consider hiring new people.
