Called first thing when they opened. And was told to wait which is fine til i was also told that the lady whos behind the desk wasnt in and if i can call back. I called 4 times and an hr after opening before reaching whom thestaff notified i wait for Leticia. She was very rude questioning me after i asked her a question about an appt for my son. So i know she needed certain proof and was willing to give it if they didnt already have it. She just needed to look on file to see if his dads paperwork had neen updated to this yr and check to tell me time and date of future appts and seems sje didnt wanna be there already showing up to work tjat late. but my real issue was her attitude that made my skin boil and i dont really understand how the place is up and passing inspection. ITS trashy and unsanitary. Old stuff needs to be thrown out and renewed 4 as long as hes been running his business. My sons dad iscrazy to take my boy there. Really upset me early in my day
