I scheduled a root canal appointment pretty far out but they had a cancellation and brought me in two days later. From the first time I walked in here a few months ago until now the entire staff has been nothing short of spectacular. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The procedure was quick and easy and turned out great. I'm glad I found this place.

They guys are great. From the person who take your info on the phone to the woman who intakes at the office to the X-ray tech to the Wonderful Dentist. Cant recommend enough. They are great.

I think the strongest praise I can give is that after coming to El Dorado Hills Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry for a few years, I moved all 3 of my boys there as well. I am always greeted by name, treated like family and there is always time for any questions or concerns I may have. It's been hard getting my teenage boys to go to the dentist routinely. Not anymore!

Thought this was going to be a great experience but it turns out they were just after my money then helping me out with a cracked tooth. I made an urgent appointment to come out to fix the tooth and when I arrived I answered a bunch of questions about what I would like to have done to my teeth...My reply was to fix the one in need. The lady that helped me said oh no besides that. ok fine .... So I meet with the dr and the first thing he says ok so I hear you want to have this done....No I want to have my cracked tooth fix and we can see about anything else later... Oh we can fix it no problem blah blah blah blah the next thing I know its going to be another week and a lot more than my insurance let me know I would pay. in the end they agreed to accept the amount I would pay thru insurance but Id have to wait till January to get this price. it was all about the money at this place I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. AWFUL PLACE!!

Every time I visit this office I am greeted with a smile and a hello from everyone. Staff is professional and friendly. Today I came in for a crown replacement that turned into a root canal. Obviously this was not good news but it was handled so efficiently by Dr. Tabrizi that I knew I was in capable hands and would receive the needed treatment. Because of the condition of the tooth Dr. Tabrizi decided the best course of action was to refer me to a specialist. Once again I appreciated his expertise in evaluating the situation and recommending the best treatment option.

Ironically, I wouldn't be leaving this review if not for the fact that the office keeps asking (through regular automated email messaging) for me to leave one, but ONLY if it's positive. I can say positive things about the staff. They're always kind and professional. The one star I'm leaving is for them. However, I cannot say positive things about the dentist. I put up with his terse manner for three years. I wrote it off as if every doctor can't be warm and personable. However, his skills don't merit that manner. I was in pain every single time, starting with the injections which he rubbed into my cheek to try and make them work faster, to the increasing sensitivity of my teeth, and more. He blamed it on me, on my genetics, on my diet, and he prescribed special toothpaste. (I didn't have these problems with the dentist who previously owned the practice.) Well, the last time I went, when he snapped at his assistant in front of me and I left one more time feeling mugged, I decided that enough was enough. It took me ten months to get my nerve up to visit another dentist because I thought that I would feel the same pain. Turns out, it was all him. And my teeth were becoming more sensitive because of his work. I won't go into further details, and I'm generally not a person who publicly complains because we all make mistakes sometimes. It has to be extreme, and this was. I felt badly about myself for three years, and I would feel guilty if someone else went through that because I didn't speak up. Don't go here unless you only need cleanings.

Everyone here is wonderful. The office staff is great when needing to schedule or reschedule appointments. The dental staff is friendly and very caring. The dentist is up to date on all the newest techniques and has all the newest equipment. I highly recommend them.

Ive been going here since I moved to the area in 1999. I loved Dr Ruminson and feel lucky Dr Tabrizi bought his practice. I completely trust Dr Tabrizi and wouldnt go anywhere else. And his staff is wonderful as well. Chere helped me navigate the complex dental insurance process after I retired and no longer had my benefits through my company. And of course I have to mention Nusha. I dont know how she cleans my teeth with all my angst of a ZingerIsAbout2Happen the entire time she is cleaning but she does it! Highly recommend!
