I have been completely amazed by this practice. Dr Hartley was professional, friendly and made me feel very safe going into surgery. The results were everything I had hoped for. Dr. Hartley's nurse summer has been the best ally I could have asked for both in pre op and post op. Having a knowledgeable team that cares has made all the difference. Lastly, as an LGBT+ person; this practice sets the standard on gender related procedures.

Over the last several weeks, I've had many interactions with the staff at Boulder Plastic Surgery! All of which were very pleasant because they are super friendly and helpful! Not to mention thorough which is highly important to me. I had surgery there Dec 2019 and they called to check on me which made me feel truly cared for and not like I was just a burden. They said I could email or call them anytime with questions or concerns which makes me feel comforted because I live out of state. I recommend them so much!!!! 5 stars!!

I was finally ready for a Big Change.I talked to friends and searched for area doctors with great reviews. Narrowed down to 3 and made consultation appointmentsFirst meeting was with doctor Hartley. The office first impression was they were polite, professional and efficient. When I met with Dr. Hartley and Summer they were wonderful. They first informed of the liposuction procedure then examined me. Dr. Hartley informed and advised me as to the results I could expect with liposuction. I told him what I was hoping for and he said to see the results I was hoping for would require a tummy tuck with some liposuction and explained in detail the process.I was surprised but he was so comprehensive and kind, I knew I had found my Doctorno other interviews necessary.Days later after careful consideration I booked the procedure. Everything from the preliminary visits, the procedure to the post operative follow-up visits and calls HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL. Procedures: Breast reduction and upper arm reduction on October 28, 2019.My spine doctor referred me to Dr. Hartley for breast reduction surgery (after years of back/neck pain). I decided to also have an upper arm reduction, to be proportional. Im the kind of person who does my research. I learned about breast and arm reduction surgery, read all the reviews I could find, and watched hours of YouTube videos posted by women who had undergone both of these procedures. After my initial consultation with Dr. Hartley, I knew that he was the surgeon for me. He thoroughly explained the procedures and patiently answered all of my and my husbands questions and concerns. Most importantly, Dr. Hartley made me feel totally comfortable; there was no awkwardness as I was hanging out discussing the future of my new breasts.This entire experience has been seamless:- The staff submitted all the necessary paperwork to my insurance and obtained approval for my breast reduction. They also separated the charges from the two procedures, so we could keep track and understand the charges.- Dr. Hartleys skill as a surgeon and his eye for aesthetics are amazing. He was able to transform my desire for small, no bra required breasts into the perfect size for my frame.- The anesthesiologist who was part of my surgical team was fantastic. I experienced no sore throat or nausea upon recovery and for that, I was very grateful!- Summer, Dr. Hartleys nurse, has been wonderful. She skillfully removed my staples and has always been available to answer my questions.- The front desk staff are friendly and perform their magic to make sure I get my follow-up appointments when I need them.I am now nine weeks post-op. Having Dr. Hartley perform these two procedures on me is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am now free from the prison of giant bras whose straps would dig into my shoulders, and tops actually fit nicely now. To say that I am Over the Moon happy with my results is an understatement!

Outstanding service all around! Needed to have some HS effected areas removed and Dr. Hartley and the team at BPS made the entire experience very easy in addition to beneficial. Dr Hartley replaced my implants and reshaped my Girls, they are now the Most Beautiful Girls I have ever had. Dr Hartley then at the same time took some fat out around my midriff all the way around and the pulled together my Stomach muscles and stitched them tight and then tightened my skin while lifting my Butt. Dr Hartley then spun the fat in a machine and injected it into my face making my face full again. AMAZING. My Body looks like it did in my Twenties. Dr Hartley is the Most Skilled Plastic Surgeon, Polite, Extremely easy to talk to, caring about every word you say to him . He does Beautiful Work. I payed $20,000. For everything, that includes Surgery, Hospital, Anesthesiologist and gives you vitamins ,pain pills inflammation pills before and after Surgery , plus your checkups visits afterwards. His nurse Summer is a Very Warm and Caring Woman and an Excellent Nurse .Staff is Friendly and Heidi stayed with me first night. All Lovely people and very Caring . Not to forget the Surgical Team downstairs was also very Caring and Professional. Great Experience, Thank You Dr. Hartley , Summer , Staff and Heidi and Surgical Team. -- BEAUTIFUL RESULTS.
