If I could give this man a zero I would! He nearly cost my friend her life! If she had not had the medical knowledge she has she would have died of septic shock! She now has lost her right breast! She asked for his help repeatedly when she knew she had an infection and he dismissed it! Thank goodness for the staff of UC Health ER North and their quick action to save her life!!!

Upon arrival for my appt. I was informed that my appt had been changed to the next day and they had called and left a message for me the week before. The week before along with several previous weeks I had been in California and disconnected my phone which I do everytime I leave home for extended times so there was no way a message could have been left. Oh and did I mention that I had driven 2 1/2 hours to make my appt. so that meant 5 hours of driving for nothing. Needless to say I was very VERY disgusted and will not be going back. This office has a serious problem with professionalism.

I have dealt with severe back pain all my older life starting at 21. I recommend him. I woke up from surgery crying not because it hurt (it did of course and pain management is always an issue with me in general) but the fact my back wasnt hurting anymore. Thank you. No other words. You made my situation easy to handle, work hard for me and really changed my life. Truly grateful. Never thought I thank someone for cutting on me but - ha - thank you.

I had breast implants back in 2012, I couldn't have asked for better results. The entire process went very smoothly, I had the procedure done on a Friday morning and went back to work that following Tuesday. Earlier this year I had a tummy tuck, and again the results were phenomenal. The nurse, Paula was personable and friendly, as well as the receptionist, Samantha, she was always friendly, and it added a nice touch to walk into the lobby and her greet me by name. Most importantly, Dr. Liebscher was professional, very thorough and very very good at what he does, the entire staff made me feel comfortable on both occasions.

I had an exemplary experience from start to finish with this office and all of it's staff! Dr. Leibscher was professional, but not cold, which is a fine line. He answered all my questions, & was a joy to be around. I have seen some other reviews bashing his staff, & I DO NOT agree. I think Paula *was* a little stoic, but I expect professionalism when going in to have SURGERY. This is plastic surgery center, not a NAIL SALON. Samantha at the reception desk was also very kind, considerate & willing to work with me to figure out payments and appointments. My consultation was great, my expectations were set appropriately, and I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED with my results. For the first time EVER in my adult life I am happy to look at myself in the mirror. :) Thanks to everyone at Ascent! You were wonderful, I am very satisfied.

He was very detailed and professional and I could not believe how comfortable he made me feel throughout my entire experience.His nurse, Paula, I found extremely helpful and made me laugh and feel very comfortable during my visits. I had a breast aug with a lift done by Dr Liebscher many years back. When I woke up in recovery the only thing that hurt was the back of my head! When I got back home that day I realized I had a giant goose egg on the back of my head.. I immediately called the office to find out what happened in surgery. Of course no one fessed up to it but I know they dropped me or didn't support my head while moving me... what a joke!!!

I wish there was a way to give a negative star. What a horrible experience. If you need reconstruction following breast cancer DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. Liebscher may in fact be a fine surgeon, but I will never know thanks to the uncompassionate and highly unprofessional conduct of his nurse Paula. It has been over a month since my initial visit with no communication as to when I might ever get my surgery. We tentatively scheduled the date for March 6th, and were waiting confirmation from the hospital. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I called for an update only to be told I would be called back. I let another week go by and called again for an update. Once again I was told that Paula was working on getting the surgery center scheduled and would call me back. I finally heard back from her today (3 business days later) only to be given another song and dance about the lack of availability at the hospital for my surgery. I explained that I have been waiting over a year for this final stage of my cancer journey. I needed to plan time off work and make arrangements for my recovery. She was less then sympathetic to my situation and didn't appear to be the least bit compassionate. I am sure any woman who has undergone the pain and frustration involved with a breast cancer diagnosis can relate to how emotional this entire experience is. I don't know where I will go for my reconstruction, but I can assure you it will NOT be here.

I haven't had the chance to meet every plastic surgeon in Colorado Springs, but Dr. Liebscher is wonderful. So is his staff. I read another review saying bad things about his staff. Not sure what they were referring to. I was greeted everytime with a smile and they helped me understand what was going on all the time. Great surgeon.

This is going to be my second surgery with Dr. Liebscher due to some complications from the first one. Though, I want to believe that Dr. Liebscher is a qualified and experienced doctor his office is a disaster! The nurse is the emotionally coldest person I have ever encountered. The appointments are always late and a 30 minute wait is very common. After, my surrey was scheduled nobody bothered to call to tell that my prescription is read and I had to ask for antibiotics because nobody bothered to consider that given my history I would benefit from antibiotic treatment. Also, nobody bothered to call me from the surgery center to give any instructions or the exact time to show up and my surgery is scheduled for the next business day.So, why still have the surgery at this office you might ask. Because, Dr. Liebscher did my previous one and because I pay out of pocket and he was willing to charge me less than others. I'm so scared to undergo surgery at a place like this because given how unprofessional and uncaring everybody is. I'm very afraid to put my health in their hands!

I have to agree with one of the reviews, 'Dr. Liebscher is a great doctor but he needs to change his staff, his RN (Paula) is not friendly at all. Would I use Dr. Liebscher again, maybe if he changes his staff that he has.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Liebscher, his nurse Paula, and the gals at the front desk. Every experience I've had with Dr L and his team has been fabulous. Making the decision to have reconstructive surgery following my mastectomy was not an easy one, but the good doctor and Paula both helped to set my mind at ease. Each and every check up, with Dr Liebscher, my Oncologist, my General Practice doc, ok any doc renders big smiles and gushing compliments on how awesome my results have been. Dr Liebscher did exactly what he told me he would do, he listened to me and my preferences and he produced results that make me feel good about myself following a time in my life when I'd lost all sense of my own identity. I've recommended Dr L to others whom I've met through my journey and I will continue to do so.

Dr. Liebscher and his staff are extremely professional, kind and helpful. I have just recently had a couple procedures with them, which went so well not only have I scheduled more but my sister scheduled surgery with him as well. My hubby is over the moon with the outcome (I'm two weeks post surgery) because I'm happier/ less cranky, and the Team of medical professionals were attentive to making sure I was well cared for and his questions were answered quickly.....The only regret I have is not meeting Dr. Liebscher sooner! Hands down, if you're looking for a cosmetic surgeon come here. YOU will NOT be disappointed .
