Doctor I seen was a complete professional. I couldn't of asked for better service all the way through the entire process. Ladies at the front desk was awesome the doctor himself was fantastic. I had to have toe surgery. My toe hurt real bad super sensitive to the touch. The doctor was so good I didn't even feel him give me the shot to numb everything up before the surgery it was great experience hindsight wish I didn't wait so long to go in. I would recommend balanced Rock to anybody that wants professional service done right.

Made an appointment 9 days in advance. Traveled over an hour to arrive 1/2 hr early with new patient form completed. No record of my appointment. No record of my name. Doctor was too busy to see me at all. Verify your appointment before making the trip.

My daughter had Dr Griffiths do a Bunyan procedure, that went ok but our following appts weren't such a joy, as they never called to let us know that they had moved, and the last appt was at 9:30 in morn. we live 100 miles away, they called us at 8:17 a.m. same morning telling us we had to reschedule cause her orthotics didn't come in.. really we're here already!!! Wasted trip should ask for gas $$

Unfortunately I did not have the outcome from surgery on my foot that I expected. I actually have more pain now, almost 4 months later, than I did before the surgery. Dr. Griffiths is kind and caring and I have no doubt he is a good podiatrist but I have decided to find care where I can be seen much sooner to see if I can get some relief from my pain.

I needed to see Dr. Goforth for a cortisone shot. He and his colleague both planned a vacation for two weeks at the same time, and did not leave anyone else to help, resulting in me being in pain that affects my daily activities for two weeks. When I asked for help or a referral, the secretary suggested I see my primary care physician, who can't help me because he referred me to Dr. Goforth for this very reason. I felt disrespected and helpless to do anything to resolve my pain.
