Dr. Baker was friendly and took my condition seriously. He even saw me during the quarantine lockdown because he felt that my ongoing condition was not normal and should be looked at immediately. Stephanie, the receptionist, was very nice and helpful! I had to call her back numerous times because the Dermatologist they were sending me too refused to book me an appointment but she was very patient throughout the whole process and even sent me to another Dermatologist who was able to book me an appointment.

I was referred to Dr Baker by my primary care physician. Unfortunately Dr Baker could not help me and referred me to Denver. Are you kidding me? I called the other ear nose and throat guys in town and they made me an appointment, treated me. I feel much better. Why in Gods green earth would this physician refer me all the way to Denver when I could be treated by another physician. What poor service and absolutely not good for this community.

I had an appt with Dr. Baker, we have never met. I was told by his staff he wanted a COVID test before he would see me. My appointment was made for today. We arrived on time. My husband filled 5-6 pages of info. He handed them in. We sat for over an hour only to have Stephanie come to the waiting room to tell me the Dr. wont see me. She told me Baker said there was nothing he could do. Hippa people! Talk about destroying a patients confidence. Do you not have exam rooms?

I had been to two other ENT offices in town over the course of 8 months, only to be disappointed by their bedside manner and lack of explanation of my health issues and concerns. Dr. Baker and his team were a breath of fresh air! They were thorough and explained everything in detail! We talked through next steps and concerns. He is very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this office!

I would highly recommend Dr.Baker for many reasons. First he knows what he is doing which obviously is a huge plus. He is also very professional but not intimidating. When I had my first appointment he talked with me and got to know me first before we talked about the botox, which I really appreciated. And on top of everything his prices are great.

Dr baker cancelled/rescheduled my 1st appt that was for a biopsy, then just now they called to reschedule my surgery which was supposed to be in 4 days!!!! I have taken time off work, as well as my husband, and we planned for 3 children to be watched, one who is significantly handicapped. Becca was rude, condescending and started yelling because I am put off and can't just take the reschedule date. These people are a MESS. they wasted so much of my time and money and peace of mind.

Dr McKee is so kind and professional and thorough. However, the surgery scheduler is quasi at best. I've been waiting to schedule surgery for 5 days. I keep getting told there are others before my daughter, but how hard is it to schedule a surgery? Meanwhile, her tonsils look like they are getting larger and we are starting to lose confidence in this organization, which is most unfortunate because the Dr. seems quite capable.

Super stressful and inefficient. Rude and condescending. Cancelled and rescheduled EvERY appt, and now cancelling surgery for THIS WEEK. AWEFUL.

some what knowledgeable about hearing just do your own insurance investigation because they do not know much on insurance and will lead you along no matter how many times you ask, be careful of them and the Cochlear implant people also.
