My bilateral breast procedure was done by Dr. Jeffrey Pitcher last November. He did an amazing job and the healing was fast, no infections and outcome looks great. This is a very caring office, everyone is super nice and Dr. Pitcher explained the procedure, answered my questions plus he actually has compassion, rare these days, but very important to me. He has talent and that's what a patient is looking for, so if you need a procedure as a retired nurse go see him!

Exceedingly unprofessional treatment at this practice. I was assured that a procedure would be covered under my insurance and would certainly not had it done if not. Due to poor communication and judgement on the part of unlicensed personnel my insurance refused to cover the procedure. Then they sent me a bill for $1200. I am myself a medical professional (RN) and understood and trusted them. This practice was unresponsive and poorly run, never saw a MD there at all. Totally unethical and only about making money!

I chose Regenesis for laser tattoo removal thinking that a plastic surgery clinic would be the safest choice. The first session went smoothly until their machine started having problems. We rescheduled for a few days later after they figured out the problem with the laser. Unfortunately A different technician was on duty (Stephanie Ross). It was the end of the day and she seemed impatient and in a hurry to be done. She rushed through the process without concern for the amount of heat being put into my skin. It was the most painful experience Ive ever been through, and my arm was left disfigured with terrible scars (only in the areas were Ms. Ross worked on me). The attitude of the clinic and Dr. Pitcher was unconcerned, and they not only charged for the disfigurement, but attempted to sell me on further treatments to remedy the scarring. Needless to say I chose to not give them any more of my money. Now more two years later, I realize that I will have to live with a disfigured arm, ongoing pain, and extreme sensitivity in this area. My sleep is interrupted anytime I roll over on that side in the night, and Im still haunted by the trauma of the physical torture imposed on me by Ms. Ross impatience and lack of concern. I can still remember the smell of my burning flesh to this day. Please take my experience into account when you contemplate trusting Regenesis with your body and well being. Sincerely,Joshua

Dr Hartshorn and Dr Swelstead did a wonderful job for me. I had a full face lift and chin implant about a year ago. It has turned out wonderfully. They are consummate professionals, and on top of all the many details. They follow up with you often, and are always welcome to come to the office and be seen quickly for any concerns. They do their best to prepare you for the process, so do listen to them, and follow their directions. Everyone in the office was welcoming and compassionate. Their teamwork is admiral . 5 stars for customer service. Had a quick consultation about daughters scars from a dog bit. Called before and was told how much it was going to be, but when we were checking out it was almost three times what we were originally quoted. A few days later I was contacted by their office and we discussed what had happened. They ended up refunding us our money to what we originally were quoted. I went to Dr. Pitcher early last year at the request of my family physician for a spot on my back which turned out to be nothing to worry about. During that visit, I was informed about an open house taking place that week which I attended. I ended up having a CO2 laser treatment done on my face and also filler. My results were amazing.
