I had been wanting to get my nose done for years. I was super unhappy with the bump and size of it. So for many years I went to a few consultations. Some here In Colorado and some in California. (I know a lot of money wasted on consultations lol) But at the end of the day I was looking for someone I trusted and did a natural approach. This was huge because I was looking for someone to fix my nose but not mess up my breathing Either. After meeting Dr.Weber and heather I knew right away this was the place. Heather was amazing she explains everything and is always there for any questions along the way. Idk what I would have done without her. For many of you reading this review. You might be in search for a good rhinoplasty surgeon and let me just say you wont be disappointed trusting Dr. Weber. I am a month post op and I am excited with the results so far and my breathing is better than before! Now I know I have ways to go with recovery but Im already super happy. Where do I even begin? I have been interviewing doctors for what seems like most of my life and it never felt right. I was on my third Colorado doctor consult when I met doctor Weber. From the second I met him, I knew he was the one who I was going to trust to do my surgery. He has the most calming demeanor that makes you know you are in fantastic hands! I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and results. His staff is amazing, warm and helpful. I have been well taken care of both during and after my procedure. They also sent me a gift shortly after the surgery and it really made me feel special. They followed up with me multiple times about my healing and results and have shown an eagerness to make sure I am completely satisfied. I have also had injections with Dr. Weber and I have been more satisfied with those results than with previous injections elsewhere. I will use no one else from now on! I have also started using his skin care line. I started with just the face wash and then the hydrating cream and have increased to almost all of the other products because I was so pleased. I can't recommend them enough. I am looking to book a chemical peel or some other skin treatment with them soon - whatever they recommend.

3 weeks ago today I had an in-office upper blepharoplasty, lip lift and lower face and neck lift and it was truly a fantastic experience. Healing has been quick and Stephen Weber and his staff are an amazing caring crew. I would never think to go anywhere else for any type of treatment. They are all wonderful and Dr. Weber is a master in his area of expertise!

I went to Weber FPS for PermaLip implants in September of 2018. I chose Dr. Weber because he specializes in faces and when your having work done on the one part of your body that everyone sees, you want to make sure that your results are perfect. Dr. Weber and his staff (specifically Camille, Heather, and Jamie) are very personable, knowledgeable, and committed to your comfort. Unfortunately, my first placement of the PermaLip implants did not go well. My upper implant shifted to the left and my lower shifted to the right, giving me a off-centered mouth/smile. I went in for a second procedure, in December of 2018, to have the implants centered (at no cost to me). This procedure didn't work either. My upper lip implant shifted back to the left and my lower implant was centered, but protruded out at both ends, giving my bottom lip an unnatural sausage like appearance. Two days after this revision procedure, Dr Weber stayed late to remove my lower implant at my request (it looked bad enough that I didn't want to go out in public). Dr. Weber concluded that both of my implants needed to be replaced with longer implants (also at no cost to me). I had my final procedure in February of 2019 and am happy to report that my lips are PERFECT! My implants are centered, my lips are twice as full as they were, and they look completely natural (no trout pout!). Even with all of the trouble, I am very pleased with Dr. Weber and his staff. Everyone was very understanding and completely committed to giving me the results I was looking for. They truly were not happy until I was :) I have since been back to the office for Ultherapy and will be returning sometime in the future for Blepharoplasty.

As a very busy momma of 5, I wanted to treat myself and get an lip enhancement I wanted for 2 yrs now, but didn't ever feel comfortable enough with anyone,and I'm also very picky, until I came across Dr.Weber. It's been 6 days now - I love it and so does my husband! I was pretty nervous on surgery day about someone messing in your face and you're under local anesthesia only but at the end it was more than a spa day than anything.You're well taken care of from beginning to end,every single question been answered,communication was perfect and he even called and checked on me later that day,and even laser treatment for scarring is complimentary! Don't let anyone else but the best treat you-and that's Dr.Weber and his crew! You deserve it!

Dr. Weber and his staff took great care of me from consultation through follow-up for a procedure to re-shape my ear following an injury that left it disfigured. I was inclined to go with Dr. Weber after reviewing his credentials and experience relative to other surgeons in the Denver area, and after my consultation knew that it would be the right choice. I was provided with enough detail about the procedure to make my own informed decision, and knew what to expect from surgery through recovery and follow up. His staff is professional while still friendly, and the patient care they provide is absolutely world class. I would recommend that anyone does their homework before undergoing any major surgical procedure, though you'll be challenged to find anyone in the Denver area with the resume and reputation of Dr. Weber and his staff when it comes to facial plastic surgery.

Make the same assumption I made when told the first appointment is 6 weeks out, assume they are good at what they do. I couldn't be more satisfied with the way my ear lobes turned out. If you didn't know me pre-surgery, you'd never know that 3 weeks ago I had plugs in my ears at an inch and an eighth. I would highly recommend Dr. Weber and his staff, they are fantastic!

Im going to be completely honest and tell you that I only interviewed Dr. Weber. I planned on interviewing more but after my initial consult my intuition told me I was at the right place. Dr. Weber and Camille are so sweet and from the very beginning I knew I was in good hands. Both Dr. Weber and Camille are very knowledgeable in what to expect pre/post rhinoplasty and was always available to answer any questions that I had. My surgery was NOTHING. I was so nervous for weeks following up to it but the only thing I remember is being rolled into the operating room and I woke up and it was done. I never felt pain once. Dr. Weber even called me later that night to check in which I really liked and a few days later sent me the nicest fruit basket. You can tell they actually care and take pride in their work. Dr. Weber is an artist! Im loving my nose. I had concerns at first that my tip was too raised but it has gone down so much and Im only about 11 weeks out so it will probably go down a tad more. Im obsessed and every one who knows I got it done says its perfect! I would definitely recommend 100%

Twelve years ago I gauged my ears (stretched the lobes to a little larger than a #2 pencil). When I graduated high school a couple years later I took them out and was left with noticeable holes in my ears that were pretty ugly. This year I decided that I would get them fixed as a little Christmas present to myself :) I have to admit I am a bit of a baby when it comes to getting any type of shot or going to the Doctors office (not a needle person), so needless to say I was a little nervy about having earlobe surgery. After meeting with four other surgeons in the area, I made the decision to move forward with Dr. Weber and his team. I found all of his mission work to very impressive and immediately knew that I had made the right decision. I felt extremely comfortable and confident throughout the whole process and Cori was more than accommodating to my busy work schedule. From the beginning Dr Weber set the right expectations and he was spot-on with the progress and healing time. When it came time for the surgery, Camille even asked me what music I wanted to listen to during the procedure!! I am probably a bit of a handful when it comes to being a patient and I really appreciated how everyone made me feel. I just left my four week follow up appointment and my ears LOOK AMAZING! Not only are they fixed but you would never know I had surgery on them just four weeks prior! I cant thank Dr Weber and his team enough! The advice I was given by former plastic surgery patients was to meet with several facial plastic surgeons before having Rhinoplasty. It is important that you find a surgeon that focuses on facial plastic surgery because it makes them an expert as opposed to a doctor that does more breast augmentation surgery and not as many facial surgeries. I interviewed 5 different surgeons prior to making my decision to move forward with Rhinoplasty. You develop a sense of the doctor and office staff during your research and visits with the different locations. You know in your gut that a specific doctor and their practice is going to be the right fit for you.Some examples of when I knew that a surgeon and his staff were not a good fit for me:1. Some surgeons told me what they would be doing to my nose without ever consulting with me about what I actually wanted my result to look like.2. Poor customer service beginning with booking the appointment for the consultation. 3. Some surgeons didn't have time to spend longer than 10 minutes talking to me about the surgery before rushing me out of the office.I felt it was important to find a surgeon and office staff that made me feel confident and secure in my decison, especially since you will be visiting with them several times for at least 1 year after surgery for follow up appointments to check on your healing.As soon as I walked into Weber Facial Plastic Surgery I knew that I had found the right place for me. It started with the office staff being welcoming and excited to chat about my potential surgery. When meeting with Camille and Dr. Weber I knew immediatley that I would be choosing them for my surgery. They took the time to explain it all to me, address my concerns, and listen to why I wanted Rhinoplasty and how they could achieve the results I wanted. I am so happy with my decision and I would not hesitate to return to Dr. Weber if I have a need for future plastic surgery procedures.

Where do I begin? From the very beginning, I knew this office was special. Each member of the staff has such a lovely, personal way with patients. I initially scheduled an appointment with Dr Weber for Botox and filler due to the fact that he is a national physician trainer for Allergon. Upon meeting Dr Weber, I learned that not only is he incredibly kind, sincere and excellent at injectibles, but that he is one of the top rhinoplasty specialists in Denver. I have always been insecure about my nose and decided to ask him what he would do to improve its appearance. He explained how a nose is supposed to be proportionate and how a few tweaks could improve my profile. His suggestions matched my thoughts: natural and subtle. I felt completely at ease during all of my consults and the morning of my surgery. The surgery was a breeze and I had very mild discomfort after. The day my splint came off, I was speechless. Im so in love with my nose! My results are so natural and subtle yet my nose is so much more refined. No one has noticed (a few asked if I lost weight) but when I do tell people they are amazed at the difference compared to my before photos. That is exactly the kind of result people are looking for. Rhinoplasty (and plastic surgery in general) is a deeply personal decision. And I do believe that my journey led me to this point, this path to Dr. Weber. I am eternally grateful to have found his office and to have finally had my surgery with him. Words cannot begin to express how happy I am.

I had a lipoma right in the middle of my forehead that just did not look aesthetically pleasing to me. I was new to Denver and was unsure of who to go to as far as facial surgery goes, as I've never had any kind of surgery before. He knew what he was dealing with right away and we were able to move forward quickly.
