Dr Derek Masden is a great doctor! I was referred to him from my bariatric doctor. I had extra abdominal skin (apron) and he removed it from my pannis! I had a Panniculectomy and Fleur De Lis done. I already had a small waist but after the stomach skin surgery procedure I look like I had a tummy tuck besides my usual IBS bloat. He cut so much skin off below my navel it looks fantastic and flat! I feel and look great!! .... I got alot of great comments of my pics I post online. I referred Dr. Masden to some people and will continue to refer him! He's an excellent doctor, his staff and team overall. The morning of my surgery at the hospital he was great and prompt! I know people have different experiences but mine's with him was one of the best and I love Washington Hospital Center. I had 2 major surgeries there.. The hospital is a wonderful place also!! I had NO PAIN after my surgery the day of so the anesteshia was great!! Can you imagine skin removed and no pain?! I went home the same day hours later after surgery. I posted pics before and after. I have IBS so I'm usually bloated but Dr. Masden removed my outer skin. It's only almost 3 weeks since my surgery so I'm still swollen in some areas but overall the pics don't lie, I look great and he done a wonderful job!! I was scared and nervous having this procedure but he made me feel comfortable from day one. I posted 72 pictures hopefully they will allow my pics to be seen because I am showing skin but covered private areas.Thanks Dr. Derek MasdenDoctor Leslie is wonderful too!

I had a bad feeling when I met him. I shouldve followed my instincts. Upon finishing my minor surgery. He insisted on taking my sutures out in 3 weeks. I later found out stitches should be removed 3 to 14 days or it will cause bad scaring. It has. He also didnt put gauze on my wound following the surgery. I didnt know it at the time because of its location. When I got out of bed there was a small pool of blood. When I returned to have the sutures removed he had trouble getting them out. He may have left one or two in. Months later Im still having problems. Now I need to see another surgeon

Saw a tummy tuck performed my this surgeon by a patient on instagram.... needless to say the scar was high, nearly touching the belly button and dog ears were draping over her sides. Would not recommend him for serious plastic.

Dr. Masden, is a wonderful surgeon. He helped me by performing a breast deduction procedure while I was on going with breast cancer and radiation therapy. He is one of the most professional surgeon I know. He shows that he cares by taking the time to check up on me, every two weeks. To see how I'm feeling and healing under my breast. Dr.masden is an amazing surgeon he perform double mastectomy with chest reconstruction and free nipple grafts I couldnt be more please with my results. He also explain the procedure and all steps involved to my wife and I very thurouly with no gaps for question .. I have recommended him to a few friends due to the amazing work he has done . Thank you Dr. Derek masden for all you have done to make my life more of my own
