I cannot say enough good things about West End Plastic Surgery and Dr. Cohen. I had a revision rhinoplasty a couple of weeks ago and I can already see the refinement. He is a magician. Not only did he realize my expectations, but he also exceeded them and I am a perfectionist. I can confidently recommend him for any cosmetic facial surgery without hesitation.Dr. Cohen's bedside manner is second to none. He is the kindest and caring Dr. Ive met and willing to address any concern at any time. I cant recommend him enough and would trust him to perform any facial plastic surgery procedure.

What a great experience. First of all, Dr. Cohen is a gem and should win an award for his bedside manner. He didn't seem rushed like many doctors even after my 100th question. While I've wanted to plump my lips for years, I was terrified of actually doing it. He was reassuring and kind from the beginning to the end of the appointment. Even more importantly, the outcome was PERFECT. He did exactly what we talked about -- no more, no less. I'm in love with the results and have already made another appoint for additional services.

Best in DC! I might be biased as a fellow New Yorker, but Dr. Cohen is definitely an exception to many of the plastic surgeons Ive visited. He is honest (read all of his glowing reviews), talented, knowledgeable, and up to date with the latest procedures. If youre the type that may need an MD to tell you no (like me) because you really dont need the extra filler/procedure, go to Dr. Cohen. His main concern really was making sure I looked my best instead of charging me a fortune. Also! His assistant (so sorry forget her name starts with a P) was very sweet and accommodating. See you guys in two weeks!

Norah is so sweet and so professional. I came in to WEPS looking for a subtle, natural enhancement of my lips. Norah was very thorough and took her time working with the filler to make them just so. She explained any adverse effects to watch for and advised that I come back in 2 weeks so she can see them and make sure that I was happy. The office itself is modern, chic, and super clean. What really made me happy was that I only ended up using half a syringe of filler and they only charged me for what was used--this is not something that every office does so GAME CHANGER! Will definitely be back to see her in the near future!

Norah is wonderful and has a great approach. She is honest and listens to you to see what youre looking for and is honest about what youre able to achieve. I came here after a friend recommended Norah for Botox and they werent wrong! For fillers, this place is definitely way more affordable than some of the other places down the street, which have pushed me out of their clientele because of silently raising prices by hundreds of dollars. Norah did a great job.I think this will be my new go-to from here on out!

Dr. Cohen is an outstanding professional and extremely personable. I went in for fillers to correct the indentations under my eyes and I am so thrilled with the results. This was my first foray into any type of facial plastic surgery and I cant imagine a better physician to work with. Dr. Cohen carefully evaluated the undereye areas that I wanted improved, answered all of my questions in a detailed manner, and was exceptionally thorough in delivering beautiful results. He carefully checked midway through the procedure to make sure it was even and not overdone. Thrilled. Had eyelid surgery performed for under eye bags; relatively young, but eye bags were a gift passed on to me through genetics. Dr. Cohen helped me plan what would look most natural, his team armed me with tons of pre- and post-care info and resources, and the actual procedure turned out wonderfully. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Ruff and Dr. Cohen. I got into an accident camping and received several bad injuries all over my face. It was on a Saturday and Dr. Ruff responded to my voicemail. I spoke to him twice and exchanged several texts with him over the weekend. He was such a calming force. He then scheduled me with Dr. Cohen who has been absolutely wonderful. Bonnie is amazing! I went in for a facial, derma planing, and micro channeling, and I could not recommend WEPS enough. I had actually received some contrary advice leading up to my wedding, and I'm glad that I put my trust in Bonniewhich is not difficult to do with her cool, calm demeanor. I saw Dr. Cohen about a week and a half ago for tear trough fillers. I was extremely nervous (that's an area that you can't hide if a mistake is made) but he exceeded all of my expectations. The results are subtle but legitimately have been life changing so far and everything he did was personalized to the issues that existed specifically on my face -- he did not just split a syringe and robotically put half under each eye. He was really meticulous and made sure that both sides were evenly filled but not at all unnatural looking. I experienced almost no bruising (I bruise easily), the swelling afterwards was tolerable and there was minimal discomfort before, during or after the procedure. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with their dark circles or fillers, in general. He's an all around great doctor and it ended up being far more affordable than I anticipated. The rest of the staff there was wonderful, as well. Everyone was very accommodating, friendly and seemed to really want the patient to have a good experience. Five stars, for sure.

In 2016 I had my breast implants removed by Dr. Ruff and couldnt be happier with the results! I really enjoy having smaller breasts. Ive had lipo and a couple of other procedures done by him also. I've only gone in for a consult, but I was really pleased with the experience. I saw Dr. Hannan and she didn't rush me at all and, most importantly, didn't push any kind of procedure. She answered all my questions and also suggested alternatives I hadn't thought of, and she even told me what I didn't really need to consider.
