I went to Mesos for my FREE consultation with Dr. Larry W. Blevins to see if I could get a scar removed on my forehead and I was VERY impressed with the service that I received!!! Let me start by saying that their new facility is very clean and well-managed. All the staff were very warm and welcoming especially Dr. Blevins assistant; she was very nice to me and had unbelievable customer service.I regret that I forgot her name! Dr. Blevins was incredibly professional and had a lot of great knowledge about facial scars. He explained to me exactly what kind a scar was on my face and walked me through the procedure that he would perform to remove it. Ive already started the process to get my scar removed with Dr. Blevins and I highly recommend him to anybody thats looking to have a scar removed. Furthermore, I highly recommend Mesos to anybody thats looking to have plastic surgery or any kind of procedure like that!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mendez at Mesos Plastic Surgery in Lady Lake. I visited 4 doctors before meeting with him and after our first consultation I knew I wanted him to be my surgeon. I did a breast augmentation and Dr. Mendez carefully listened and answered all of my questions before and after the procedure. He is very caring and even provided his personal phone number for us contact him if we had any questions. My husband texted him the same day after the surgery and he immediately answered and asked how I was feeling. Had rhinoplasty performed by Dr.Soares 2 years ago. Results are worse than before I had the procedure. Have had consultations with different doctors to ask opinion about results. All agree revision is needed and first procedure was not done correctly. Came back to Dr. Soares to discuss the issues I had to which he started screaming at me stating he was offended that I was considering revision but acknowledged the problems I have and said they were valid. Said I should be happy with the result because he did the operation at a discounted rate. Told me to see another doctor, because he was not confident in revision, which is good because I am not confident in him performing revision. I would STRONGLY consider elsewhere for rhinoplasty. He is nice when you meet him, but niceness doesnt equal results.

It has been nearly 2 years since my nightmare of botched blepharoplasty from Dr. Soares. Bedside manner is not everything. Technical expertise and experience are far more important. I followed all instructions diligently and was left with irregular gouges on both outer sides of my eyes. Despite Dr. Soares and Larry Blevins efforts to correct these problems, I am left with scarring, suture marks below the eyelids, discoloration and small lumps on my face. In consultation with other plastic surgeons, I have been told the above is the result of incisions made too large and too far below the eyelids. It costs thousands of dollars to repair these problems. Take heed - you have been warned.

I am very pleased With the results I achieved from the many services at Mesos. I have had deep laser and smart lipo. I have no age spots or signs of damaged skin on my face. I had an appointment for 10:30 - filled out the paper work - and then proceeded to wait -was told I would be seen at 10:45 - at 11:20 - I got up at left - no need to be kept waiting that long - read a few reviews and found this is the norm for them - Not even to let you know they are running behind - not very professional
