This 'IS' the place - clean, professional, staff in full PPE, temperature taken and hand sanitized before you are privately escorted to your procedure room = LOVED it as we have been extremely careful due to Covid 19.Life is and must go on! Thus, necessary aging maintenance = lips today. Prep done by Lacey ( in full PPE ) ( yes girls Image Lift Staff & Dr. Richard Castellano is serious about YOUR health and protection ) then my 'LIP GURU ' Kaitlyn did my work and Dr. Castellano came into the room to observe the work (PROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY) - WOW = the photo attached is just two hours later (with slight swelling), I can already see = LOVE the RESULT

Never in a million years did I think I go to a plastic surgeon. I always imagined the Lion Lady!! I had major wrinkles around my mouth is if I was a smoker. DR Steve, and the staff answered ever question and put me at ease. Dr Steve, believes in moderation and what an amazing experience I had. I had filler and Radiesse. He was very gentle and explained every thing he was doing! There was an instant change, and now it's 3 hours later... I AM THRILLED!!

Everyone in the office is fabulous. They treat you like family. Dana the aesthetician has been so helpful at keep my skin calm. She has used the skinpen on me with beyond great results. Im a doctor who knows too many plastic surgeons - you couldnt do better - I would (and do) travel from the middle of nowhere to get back to him. He is a treasure and no amount of marketing against him by local experts (hospital systems/health systems/insurance narrow networks/ supposed non-for-profits like Florida Hospital) will change that! Do yourself a favor and consider yourself blessed to get an appointment!
