The receptionist was the rudest person I've ever come into contact with. When I wanted to complain the staff refused to let me speak with the physician in charge. I told them I wouldn't be seen by the physician based on my interaction with the adminstrative staff. I was in for a follow-up, post surgery from the ER. I couldn't even get an office manager on the phone after I left. I left a message and no one called me back. Instead, they thought they'd be sneaky and contact my husband's command. We are an air Force family. Im not sure what you thought you were going to accomplish by such an overstep, but I am a civilian and I can refuse medical care at any time. Staff behavior is really pushing a line. Also, parking your sports car out front with vanity plates make you look like a complete douche bag. Skip this office, they take their patients for granted and have no genuine interest in you.

It was slow my appointment was supposed to be at 10:00 so I came early filled the papers and everything. and they started calling people who had come after me. I waited an hour to be called on. I do not recommend at all.
