We have been loyal patients of Dr Fasano for over 15 years. My breast reduction was amazing. Not Only do I feel so much better with my neck and shoulder pain, Dr Fasano is a true Artist! Do NOT go to another surgeon, His professionalism is incredible and his artistic ability is far beyond any other Physician on the Treasure Coast. His Compassion and Caring for his patient both before and after any procedure are Unheard of in the Medical Field. I would Never Choose Anyone else. I am planning on some other procedures soon. Great Experience.

Yesterday, I had a DermalInfusion with Adrienne, At Dr. Fasanos office, and I couldnt be more pleased. The procedure itself was painless and left my skin feeling not only clean and soft but also refreshed in a way Id not felt before. It was as if my skin was actually able to breathe. This morning, after washing my face and applying sunscreen, I couldnt get over how soft my face still felt. This is a treatment Ill do again and again.

I have been going to Dr Fasano the past few years. I was going to a Great Doctor in Jupiter for about 10 years before he had to retire early due to a illness and the Doctor who took over his Practice I was just not happy with. I was on the lookout for a new Doctor. I went to 4 different in Stuart and Dr Fasano was one of them. I scheduled free consultations with each of them. I was very impressed with Dr Fasano who is very professional and honest and spent time with me and answered all my questions. Dr Fasano did not rush me out to get to the next patient either. I am always happy with my results. Dr Fasanos office was not overly crowded like others are and his Staff are Amazing. I am very happy to have found him.
