Dr. Sagial truly runs a state of the art practice. After experiencing a number of other surgeons and consults through myself and family members, then stepping into his practice, I immediately knew I was in the right place. From his staff to the surgery center, I felt like the only patient they had and my comfort and safety was ensured. For reference, I had a severely deviated septum and was wanting greater chin projection. Not only did Dr. Sagial improve my breathing and fix this issue but made me feel so beautiful at the same time! Also important to note is the very minimal to no pain and bruising I experienced. I believe this can be accredited to Dr. Sagials gifted hands and conservative (yet effective!) tactics. If youre in the market for a similar procedures, I advise you to look no further. I wish I could rate him higher than 5 stars. My expectations were exceeded!

He knows what he's doing and you shouldn't feel worried with him during any actual procedures, however, I will be honest and say he can come off condescending, insensitive and biased. This is a personal experience that a few others have had especially in reviews on other websites, which is why I mentioned he comes off biased. It's just upsetting when a doctor puts you down rather than wanting you to be content not only physical appearance-wise, but on the inside, as well because it is just as important. Front desk seemed to have a bit of an attitude, not going to lie. Communication just needs to be improved on his side because I am sure he doesn't intend to come off in certain ways, but his character and the words that come out of his mouth come off otherwise. Just speaking my truth and something to be more aware of for future reference.

Before my first consultation with Dr. Saigal, I had many doubts and worries for how my nose would look after the procedure since I felt as though it was beyond repair. I had a severe deviated septum with a fractured nasal bone which had been the crux of my personal insecurities since childhood, along with many cosmetic issues regarding my nose that I wanted fixed with subtlety. Dr. Saigal did an amazing job of calming those personal fears before the procedure and reassuring my confidence in both him and myself, showing full attention and mindfulness to my concerns and providing the best possible care throughout my entire experience. My results after the surgery fit exactly what I wanted, and he performed it in a way that left minimal to no scarring with a fast recovery after only 2 weeks. He is truly a talented surgeon and a very compassionate person.

Dr. Saigal and his staff are THE BEST. They are extremely kind and attentive throughout the entire process. What I love about Dr. Saigal is his ability to decipher what it is you want, give you his professional opinion, and deliver natural looking results that are above and beyond your initial expectations. Before my surgery I was nervous about the post op pain, but im not kidding you when I say there was little to no pain at all. I was having horrible sinusitis and was so lucky to have been treated by Dr.Saigal. He was very accommodating and fit me into his schedule for a balloon sinus dilation. This doctor is amazing. Ive have 2 prior surgeries with different doctors to fix my breathing and each time I was full of packing, horrible bruising and I couldnt go to work for days. Not only that, but my breathing was never fixed. The surgeries did nothing. I decided to meet Dr. Saigal, and I decided to have one more revision surgery. Im so glad I did it, I didnt have any bruising or packing. I could breathe the minute I woke up from surgery. I don't have enough kind words to describe the incredible experience that I have had with Dr. Saigal and his team! It began with a thorough consultation, where Dr. Saigal took the time to get to know me as patient and person. He discussed all my options with me, and if I chose surgery, the full process that it would entail. When I decided to go the route of cosmetic surgery, he was grateful when I came to him with a list of questions at the pre-op appointment and answered them all with patience. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Saigal visited me prior to being put under to discuss any last minute concerns and when the surgery was completed, he visited my parents in the waiting room to let them know everything had gone smoothly. I have also been so thankful that Dr. Saigal and his team have made themselves reachable by phone call or text through every step of my healing process and I am now two mosts post-op. But of course, the most important thing I can say is that I LOVE MY RESULTS! I am still surprised sometimes when I look in the mirror and see the subtle differences, but I am beyond happy knowing that I get to show off Dr. Saigal's work for the rest of my life!

If you are looking for a good ENT doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Saigal. I would've given Dr. Saigal and his team six stars out of 5 if I could! I had septoplasty and rhinoplasty, and it went amazing! Way beyond my expectations. I extensively researched and visited three ENT doctors. At the end of the day, I felt most comfortable with Dr. Saigal. My goal was to improve my breathing and to have a very subtle change in my nose shape (didn't want to look like Michael Jackson! Dr. Saigal and his team went through everything thoroughly. They made sure I'm the right candidate and feel comfortable. What I found about Dr. Saigal is that he cares. He went above and beyond. We met quite a few times, even the day prior to surgery, to review the process. Post-surgery, he gave us his direct contact info and even called us on Thanksgiving! He and his team regularly checked in on me for the first two weeks to make sure everything was okay. The result: Very little healing time, no bruising, my breathing improved tremendously, and I love how my nose looks! Having said that, when I meet friends, they don't even know I did anything to my nose, but they usually compliment me and ask if I changed my beard or hair! The change is subtle but fabulous! I highly recommend Dr. Saigal, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I first met with Dr Saigal about six months ago when we were desperately looking for a solution to his rhinophyma. At the very first visit we were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Long story short: Come here for your Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty!We visited several great doctors to get opinions on a correction of my deviated septum and bump on the bridge of my nose. I found Kapil Saigal to be the most understanding as he covered both my doubts and what I should expect throughout the whole process. Tracy did an excellent job of following up before the surgery to get the dates scheduled before Christmas time, and the surgery was a breeze. After the surgery, I am already happy with the outcome even with the swelling that is still there today. I found that Saigals team has been very helpful after surgery and they answer the phone every single time I call. Through my experience, I learned that Kapil Saigal is a fantastic doctor, but when you add in his employees, that is what makes his office excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone!

On all aspect levels would review Dr. Saigal and his office a 5/5. Dr. Saigal has been my doctor for different sinus problems and ear infections. Every visit he explains everything very clearly, takes the time to answer any questions and makes sure you understand. I recently underwent a rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Saigal and I could not be more thankful for him and his team! Prior to choosing him for my procedure I spoke with a couple of different surgeons but immediately I could tell they werent going to be the best fit for me. Just amazing! I recently was fortunate enough to have my rhinoplasty and septoplasty done by Dr Saigal and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things. Dr Saigal gave me the best nose I could have ever dreamed of and I still cant believe its really mine. I came across Dr Saigal after searching across the country for the best rhinoplasty specialist. I had been contemplating the surgery for many years but never felt confident with a surgeon to do it. I initially looked in LA and NY but I was referred by a friend to Dr Saigal and knew that he would be the best surgeon. I wanted to make sure that I had a great result and being a medical professional I was very particular. Dr Saigal did such an amazing job and created the perfect nose for me. I especially wanted a natural result that fit well with my face and when I saw it for the first time I cried ugly tears. The entire staff are extremely professional and Dr Saigal is so kind and meticulous. The pre operative experience was great, the anesthesiologist and whole crew were excellent from start to finish. Post operatively Dr Saigal checked up on me multiple times until my follow up appointment. I had no pain, did not need any medications other than antibiotics, no bruising, and I was at a party 3 days later. There is swelling after the cast is removed because there is nothing holding it down anymore but that resolved dramatically over 2 weeks and even more so over 2 months. It has continued to get better and better which I couldnt have even expected since I loved it to begin with but over the last few months the minimal swelling that is left resolved and makes the final result that much better. My septoplasty has also improved my breathing which honestly was my secondary concern as the primary concern was getting the perfect nose but Im so happy that I chose a facial plastic surgeon who is really proficient and skilled at rhinoplasties and septoplasties. I couldnt have trusted my face to anyone other than Dr Saigal who is the best specialist I think for rhinoplasties in the country. I would highly recommend Dr Saigal and his team. I wish I had found him earlier and encourage anyone thinking about it to go to Dr Saigal. He is the absolute best and my nose is just a dream!

I was referred to Dr. Saigal by another ENT due to severity of my deviated septum and where the deviation was located. I was told that septoplasty was a hard recovery by friends and since mine was broken in multiple spots I assumed mine would be no different. Dr. Saigal looked at my septum and explained my septoplasy procedure. He was genuinely interested in my case and was very thoughtful about answering my questions. He did a excellent job on my nose and the recovery was almost no existent outside of exercise restrictions. I didnt have any packing or bruising. I had swelling on my top lip for two days with minimal pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Saigal.

As someone with recurring sinus infections and streph throat I finally looked for an ENT doctor. I was truly brushed off both times, lumping me in with 'it's allergy season'. He gave me meds that didn't help me. I know not every drug works for all, but even after establishing streph and a fever they were just not helpful. I called for six days before my scheduled follow up appointment, but they wouldn't let me in. I ended up just having to go to urgent care to get a med that worked. When I came for the follow up (only because I'd already prepaid), doctor said my throat is not bad. Well, of course! That's because I was taking another antibiotic from someone else! I told him that as well. So now, weeks later I got a $402 bill in the mail on top of the hundreds are already paid to be seen for two visits where I really feel I just wasted my efforts. It was $600 for him to use that little camera to take a picture of my mouth- the second being just a healthy mouth and tonsils, which I told him. Why was there no estimate for me or any acknowledgement of the cost? What if I don't have that money? I had no idea it would be $250 each time WITH insurance.

I am currently 2 months post-surgery. I cannot express enough just how amazing my experience was at Dr. Saigal's office. From beginning to end, this was without a doubt the best medical experience I've had. I went in for a revision closed rhinoplasty and my results were exactly as described to me by Dr. Saigal. A professional, up to date educated with old fashioned bed manners. The office is clean, the staff is extremely courteous which is really hard to find these days. Always smiling. I had 2 procedures with Dr. Saigal and if I can see him for the rest of my life I would. I think he should give many doctors training in dealing with patients. He was very thorough with all my visits. He let ME decide what I should do with my health. And if I wanted a second opinion he was ready with recommendations. I have to say that I'm very thankful and blessed to have met Dr Saigal. After almost 17 years since I had a sinus surgery for the first time from my prior surgeon. I had such a bad experience that I was worrying about my breathing issue from the sinus surgery which made my breathing worst than before the surgery. I could not sleep they were time were I was advised to start using breathing machine to help me sleep. I couldn't smile. My nose was always crusty and very uncomfortable. I did a lot of research throughout Florida and spoke to different surgeon but saw lots of negative reviews from several patients and did not want to have a second bad surgery. Once I saw Dr Saigal and several good reviews. I totally felt confident about a second surgery. Dr Saigal is truly GOD'S Gift. He takes time to listen to your concerns and let's you decide on what would be best for you and Does not force you to do anything. However, I'm one to appreciate someone that can quickly remedy the situation, by clearing up any discrepancy and issue simply by talking. I have been suffering from unbearable chronic sinus issues for awhile now and decided to finally start the process of getting it all fixed. Dr. Saigal is the best! He takes his time in each appointment to thoroughly explaining each of the symptoms and treatment options. He also takes his time to answer all of your concerns. Dr. Saigal performed a Septoplasty & Rhinoplasty on me 12 days ago, let me tell you my story. I broke my nose when I was 3 (I think this was the cause of my deviated septum) I played soccer my whole life and probably took a handful of knocks to my nose from that too. I have always disliked the bend in my nose especially when cameras use flash and expose every shadow. I am very holistic and natural, I dont even like to take Advil unless I really need to, so self choosing to have surgery on my face (when I didnt NEED to) was a huge desicion for me. Here were my biggest fears; Bruising (I am extremely fair skinned - blonde hair and blue eyes from England), not being able to breath aswell as I could before, pain, and an unnatural looking nose. HOWEVER, I bruised only very very slightly on day 3 after surgery and it was 99% gone on day 10! I went back to work on day 6. I was able to breath out of at least one nostril from the moment I woke up in the recovery room! Day 2 onwards I was breathing through both nostrils and just felt like I had a stuffy cold. I took ZERO pain medication the entire recovery! Nobody has noticed my nose, even with the ever so slight swelling.. thats how natural it is. But me being excited about my new confidence I have found myself telling everybody and there mothers. I would recommend Dr. Saigal to my own family, and would highly reccomend him to anybody that is reading this anxious about getting nose surgery! - Jade.T
