After interviewing several top rated surgeons in the area I chose Dr. Rotatori based on time spent with me, listening to what I wanted, giving me realistic feedback and communicating exactly what was going to happen step by step with my procedure. The next reason and I feel one of the most important was a required overnight stay in the surgical facility, something no other surgeon offered or required. Afterwards I know I would have never felt safe had I gone home immediately. His staff is top notch and if I ever choose to do anything else I will go back to Dr. Rotatori.

although I do think Dr rotatori is a good technician if you do wind up having a post surgery issue you are on your own! I had upper and lower blepharitis. afterwards, my vision was impaired and I called multiple times and went in once. he said everything was ok and prescribed steroid drops. they had no effect. at my first follow up appointment I again told him my vision was not correct. Dr rotatori told me he doesn't know what the problem is, he told me to go to an opthalmologist. he did not recommend anyone and he closed by saying 'let me know how it goes'. guess what......no other Dr wants to see you if the problem was caused by another someone else! by the way, one if my eyes doesn't close all the way and he showed no concern and gave no explanation.

I had my breast augmentation redone after 1 deflated. After a few weeks of recovery,the right was very different than the left. After paying $5000 I had to pay another $150 to have one inflated to make it more even. Theyre still different & one is significantly softer than the other. Im very unhappy with the results.

Dr. Rotatori is low-key, straightforward and eminently professional. After having several major surgeries (cervical fusion, bone spur removal) that were far worse than what the surgeon described, I went in prepared for the worst. Instead, my recovery went smoothly, with very little significant pain. I did everything I was told to do (pain medication, compression garment, etc.) for as long as I was told, and I am totally pleased with the results. I have always been self-conscious of my love handles and the roll around my belly, even though I'm not overweight and in good shape. The old tire is completely gone, and I am completely happy.

This guy is a complete hack and untrustworthy. He screwed up incisions on facelifts on 4 people I know. Was unprepared but charged for a rhinoplasty redo AND installed the wrong type of breast implant. What a complete loser! BE INFORMED - most 'best of' ratings are just paid for advertisements. No one would mistake D. Scott Rotatori as a 'best of' anything. He is not truthful, not prepared, not skilled and hasno bedside manner.
