Dr.Lynn was great but the front desk staff is awful. They won't put forth effort to get your medical records even if you sign a release form! They say it's 'too much work, Augusta University always drags their feet, you'll have to go get these yourself.' They also say they will get a nurse to call you back regarding a question on a Consult but that never happens either. It's a shame because Dr.Lynn seems wonderful otherwise!

Went in for a breast reduction this morning and it is amazing how I feel.. Dr. Billy Lynn is such a nice guy, easy to talk to and comfortable to be around... I have only needed one pain pill since I have been home. Was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call from his nurse tonight asking about me recovery so far. She made sure I was knowledgeable about my medications and my care routine. She made the call feel like I was talking to a old friend..Truly a top notch group of friendly people.. Much better than 5 stars..
