I literally walked in one day with a question and they took me in and answered all my questions and even did a full blown consultation without an appointment. Surgicare Arts & Aesthetics makes a very dramatic impression as soon as you step off the elevator! The beautiful decor of the waiting area with its sparkling chandeliers and rich royal blue loveseats welcome you! The front desk staff is most pleasant and can answer any questions you might have! Once taken to a procedure room, you will notice that it is tidy and very clean. Dr Angelina is so sweet and thorough when explaining any procedures and will settle any nerves before your treatment. She may even make suggestions for future treatments! They are always having specials on the cosmetic treatment options that are offered! I am sure I will be back for more!

I called multiple places that provide the tubal reversal procedure and just by talking to them over the phone i knew this is where i was going to go. They were always helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They answered my questions and communicated with me for about two months while i got everything in order for the first consultation. She even talked to me out of a more expensive procedure I thought I needed. Dr. Kahn listened to my concerns and answered all of them. He has great bedside manner. Hes got a great team working with him. The day of surgery went just as planned. Im so looking forward to my new body after gastric sleeve surgery! I wanted to add that GA Surgicare and Veronica the patient coordinator I worked withtook care of everything. They coordinated with my insurance and provided all the info for the pulmonary, cardiologist, nutritionist etc. All I had to do was make the appointments and show up to all my dr appointments for authorization of the surgery. It was seamless. There was one delay due to insurance requirements of me being under weight loss supervision for 6 months and my Insurance required more time, but somehow they got me pushed me through in 5 months! It was/is hardweight loss surgery is not an easy way to go but if youre utilizing GA Surgicare then the process will be much smoother. I liked that it was outpatient procedure. Dr. Kahn told me on surgery day to come in next day for fluids. The Loganville office which is where I always wentcalled me the morning after surgery to make sure I was coming in to get fluids and to see Dr. Kahn and they gave me fluids which made me feel much better. The nurses let me know anytime Im feeling dehydrated in the next two weeks I can come in for more fluids which is great!Thank you all there at Georgia Surgicare, especially Dr. Kahn and Veronica. Im two days post-op and so excited about the new me thats developing now!

I am a 57 year old male that had Gastric Sleeve Surgery by Dr. Chris on 8/30/18. 9 months later and 150 lbs lost I had abdominoplasty surgery performed by Dr. Angelina. My experience with Georgia Surgicare Arts was nothing short of superior. I was met by a welcoming front desk associate who guided me through the seamless check-in process, and then I was taken to a comfortable waiting area where I completed a patient intake form. Dr Angelina (who is fabulous) met me and we discussed my concerns and desired outcome for my skin. She suggested a particular treatment (microdermabrasion followed by aquagold microneedling), and a skincare regiment to follow post treatment. I was treated by Christine who was thorough and careful. Overall, my experience and the outcome of my treatment were impeccable. The facility was clean, gorgeous and modern, the staff was professional and kind, and my skin has been glowing since the day of the treatment. I scheduled an appointment to meet with Dr Angelina Postoev, MD. I was advices over the phone that there would be a $50 appointment fee that I agreed to pay ones I arrived there. Everyone was very professional. At the front desk I was asked for my Id and insurance information also given an iPad to fill out my medical history. Within minutes I was asked to go to the upstairs level where they asked for the iPad and to pay the $50 fee. During this time no one explained to me that I would not be meeting the Dr even as they asked for my card to charge me for the consultation the $50free. We were taken to a room and told the dr would be right in. Sure enough someone else came in and presided with the consultation. She was very nice and informative but yet again not the Dr that I had paid to meet with. I had to ask where the dr was and I was informed that she was out off the office that day. That wouldve been good to know before I was scheduled or when I came in. This was important to me because I need to establish a good idea of whos going to be doing surgery on me so not being able to meet her really disappointed me. I had arranged someone to watch my kids and had brought my husband along on his day off to meet her and hear what she had to say. Due to these reasons I have decided to keep searching for another surgent who well actually take the time to meet with me during a consultation.
