I am so happy to have found Dr Yellin! I had a horrible experience with another Atlanta surgeon, who claims to be the best. He butchered my nose. I had a fine nose to begin with. Just wanted some tweaking. He left me with a severely disfigured nose. I spent much of 2017 in my home. I had a revision a year later. I was much happier, until I had a minor accidental blow to my nose 2 weeks post op. There I was again, I had felt defeated. I refused to go through another surgery, fearing Id have nothing left of a nose if I did. So here comes in Dr Yellin, ladies and gentlemen......I cannot begin to express to you how much he has restored my confidence. I had read about fillers in the nose, Ive tried them myself prior to this situation. I assumed it wasnt for drastic situations like mine. I showed up to my appointment, Dr Yellin assessed my nose and very quickly came up with a game plan. He injected the filler into my nose and I just let him do his thing. When he was finished he gave me a mirror and I was completely floored. Not only did I have a normal looking nose now, it was perfect! For the first time in 2 years I had a bridge AND IT LOOKED NATURAL!!!! My confidence is restored and I now feel like myself again!! I hadnt felt that in a long time!!! I cant thank you enough Dr Yellin! Youve given me back my freedom, my confidence, and peace of mind!! My last point.....EVERYONE in this office is so kind and welcoming. Dr Yellin is an artist.. there are a lot of plastic surgeons in the world, but not all are artist.. Those are the best, thats the one you want. 'CO2 I LOVE YOU' and Dr. Yellin! I hardly recognize myself!! I trusted Dr. Yellin when he listened intently about my concerns, I didn't even consider getting a 2nd opinion. I met him several years ago at a Viking cooking class. I did not have a clue what his profession was but I watched him slice, cut, & chop. His attention to detail was so precise; he was smart, creative & extremely talented. Shortly there after I found out he was a plastic surgeon & I said jokingly 'I would never have facial surgery, but if I did'. Well guess what, 10 years later my brown spots and sun damage caught up with me! I had the CO2 procedure 7 weeks ago and I have a new face, literally!! Im 61 years old and recently, was in dire need of making facial improvements to my face. At the consultation, Dr. Yellin zoned in on #1 my skin texture from years of acne scarring, sun damage, wrinkles and a recent Mohs surgery. His recommendation was to inject multiple fillers and do a full face CO2 laser resurfacing. We all have things that bother us and can depress us, altering our self confidence. For me, my facial skin has caused years of distress. I had acne scarring that started from a young age and then, I compensated by over-sunning for far too many years. I happened to be home one weekday and tuned into Atlanta and Co. where I saw Dr. Yellin being interviewed about the various procedures that could help reduce the signs of aging. I couldn't believe the before and after pictures of his clients! I called his office, and Emily suggested a digital consultation, which means that I took specific pictures of my face and emailed them to Dr. Yellin for his review. After having studied them, he suggested an in-office consultation. My concerns were skin texture around the mouth and an aging neck. After many, many measurements, Dr. Yellin explained what he could and, just as importantly, what he could not do for me based on what I was willing to spend and what type of recovery I was willing to endure. He suggested a filler facelift, which was economically feasible for me and could yield some significant results. I opted for this because I didn't want something as invasive or as expensive as a facelift at my age (55). I couldn't be more pleased! I don't look dramatically different, but I look rested and feel that I look years younger. I'm amazed at what he could do with the jowl area and the tear troughs, which prior to my visit, I really had no idea that these areas were making me look tired and older. I'd do this again in a heartbeat! Many people can provide fillers and other anti-aging procedures, but not everyone can use them to create something aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Yellin can, and, judging by his client portfolio, he has done so repeatedly. I recommend him without reservation.

First off let me just say I have been nothing but pleased with my results. I went to Dr. Yellin back in March and from my consultation to the actual day of my procedure I felt like I was in very good hands. I am quite young, only 21, but have always disliked how naturally thin my lips are. I always knew I wanted to have my lips made bigger, yet I had reservations about what my results would be. Dr. Yellin is so very good at his job. He made sure I knew he would not go over board with the injections, that my lips would be quite natural. Ok so I'm just going to start off by saying that Dr. Yellin and his staff are AMAZING! I have been suffering from acne scars for years (5+) and have been prescribed everything for my acne and done everything I could to try and get rid of my scars; over the counter, prescription, home remedies, natural remedies, you name it I've tried it. I've tried every lotion, creme, and scrub out there and nothing ever worked. I basically gave up hope on ever getting rid of my scars until I was referred to Dr. Yellin and his staff. They not only have a procedure especially for acne scars but they gave me hope and encouragement that yes my skin can actually be fixed and I don't have to give up on it. The procedure is quick and easy and they are always so caring and wonderful there. So to anyone suffering from the same situation I was please go and talk to them they can help you! Amazing, natural looking results. I have been a patient of Dr. Yellin's for over 10 years, getting botox and filler. I finally decided to get my upper eyelids done. The procedure was easy and painless. I bruise very easily but I was back at work under fluorescent lights in a couple of weeks. My results were better than I expected. Everyone keeps telling me that I look 'great' and 'so young' but they can't tell what is different. People are often shocked when I tell them my age and say that I look 12 years younger than my age. In 2011 oct my husband had a small stroke it affected his left side but with a cane he came out ok.Now in 2013 He had a sever fall and was hospitalized for 5 weeks then sent to a nursing home in Macrae ga. and I could only seee him 3 x's before he died! But back to my story a doctor told me to get my face biopcied { I thought it was a cold sore that just wouldn't go away} well it was cancer and it was growing under my skin and spreading it also started spreading outside by 2014 when I got into see Dr. Yellin feb 10 2014 I had nearly half of my face cut off and let me tell you Dr. Yellin was a mircle worker that day, no grafting and he managed to pull my face togerther WOW. March 10 that next month my 3 surgery and not 5 days latter my husband died I became over-whelmed. now with 5 surgerys and an injection I'm looking normal [if any one knows what I mean?] I also had a great pastor to help me through. I think the worst parts was alllllll the exercises when it got up to muiltpuls I felt like I had no life but I forced my self to do them and I found that a ping-pong ball worked very well for some of the strechings for I felt like corple tunnel was going to set in haha. No Dr. is God but I know in my heart that God was with Dr Yellin that day and guided his hand and mind to make me whole and me again. I have since moved to a apt. and am trying to start a new lifeI still have a long way to go but I have come many many miles already and lost 2 clothing sizesin shirts and 3 in pants a total of about 104 pounds in 16 months not bad 55-65 more to go! my prayers are to all in need and especially to DR. I was diagnosed with basal cell cancer near my right eye. The shock of seeing the hole that was the necessary outcome of Moh's surgery almost made me pass out! What could have been one of the most trying times in my life was turned into a time of healing and encouragement through the care of Dr. Seth Yellin. I had to undergo a forehead flap to fill in the deep hole right next to my eye. The scar I currently have is barely visible after just a few short weeks since the final stitches were removed. Dr. Yellin called me personally to check on me. His nurse gave us her cell number to contact her directly. The follow up care has been wonderful.
