When I walked into this office, I was greeted with a smile. Front office staff was very professional.Staff made me feel like I was at home. The Dr. assistant was so professional, she introduced herself upon calling me back to the exam room. She showed compassion for my current diagnosis, she listened attentively. The Dr. was also very compassionate with my current diagnosis.He also explained the procedure to me in great detail.The Dr. even took the time to ask me about my story and what lead to my diagnoses. I am very pleased with this office, and will return for any procedure I will need in the future.You wont be disappointed!!!Sincerely

I had a great consultation with Dr. West. He wasnt in a hurry at all, he answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly, and he was very kind. I even came back for a second consultation and he answered more of my questions, again taking his time with me and did not seem to mind that I was there again without having scheduled a surgery or treatment yet. He then recommended I see Kathy, their laser practitioner (at Woodstock location) for the concerns I was having. I have been seeing Kathy for a few months for laser treatment on past surgery scarring and the appearance has greatly improved. I would definitely, and have already, recommend Marietta Plastic Surgery to anyone!

I was very nervous about the sun spots on my face but Natalie and the staff assured me they could take care of them. Natalie consulted with others in the office for the best procedure for my skin type, and lasered the spots quickly and efficiently then total me how best to care for them while healing. Pain was very minimal and 3 days later, almost healed. Staff was sweet, kind, and efficient! I will recommend them to my friends!!

Hello, I am very disappointed of this place. Cathy the office Manager kept $1,000.00 from my money because I decided not to proceed with surgery. When i spoke to Tammy about my procedure she was very awesome convensing me to get it done. But once my pre-OP appointment came and I read all the concent forms I felt very frightened and nervous of all the risk from this procedure I was going to get in a week in a half. Well I made up my mind and decided not to proceed, I turn in my paperwork unfilled not signed and told the lady at the front desk I was not gonna do it. She said it was ok that there was no problem that I would get my money back. Well she told me to wait to speak to Tammy the financial coordinator at this place. I thought since she was so nice to me she would understand my decision and be cool with it. Well NO she was very rude about it and told me I was going to be charged a cancellation fee of $1,000.00. I definitely did not agree because I was never told/explained that there was a fee to cancel nor that it was an $1,000.00 fee. I worked so hard saving up this money for a little over 3 years to have this surgery done. It's definitely not fair for them to just keep my very hard worked and earned money just because they decided to. I never signed a concent or agreement accepting any charges. Well Tammy called her manager Cathy in since I did not agree to pay the cancellation fee and they don't have a signed paper from me that I agree or accept. Cathy was very rude and disrespectful to me. If I can get any supporters to help me make these people refund me my money please email me at emillan1216@gmailcom. I will be contacting the media and all their social media until they give me all my money back! No one PLEASE take the risk to go to this place. They don't care about the patient/customer they only care about the money. Don't put your life/ dreams in these people's hands. please and Thank you

I had a double mastectomy last January, and Dr. Hanna and team has been there throughout my delayed reconstruction. From day one, I have been pleased with my results. His team is amazing as well, very courteous, caring, and patient. They have always been empathetic to my needs, and pain throughout my reconstruction process. He is an amazing surgeon, and I would highly recommend his staff and him. He is doing my final exchange surgery next week, and I can not wait to see my final results.

Tonya is amazing!!!! I decided to try micro-needling to reduce a nasty scar on my face. It is working! My husband actually said it looks better. My skin looks great! Tonya explains everything she is doing, gave me products and instructions for after the procedure. It does NOT hurt at all and the mild sunburn is gone in 24 hours. I had to give one star in order to leave a comment; however, the service received merited zero stars. Months prior to procedure, my sister began to research removal of a facial mole. Though the mole is benign, it has been a source of self-consciousness for years. She is a selfless, stay-at-home mother who seldomly indulges herself. This decision was big, and we were excited she was following through with something that had bothered her most of her life.Dr. Hanna performed the procedure, but it was unsuccessful. She, being very understanding, made a follow-up appointment to give him a chance to correct it. This was confirmed by their receptionist who reassured, 'Sometimes they don't get it all.' I was alarmed at the poor treatment she received. (You can read more about her experience in the 1-star reviews). Not only did the doctor refuse to correct his mistake or agree to a refund, he responded in an intimidating, rude, and unprofessional manner.If you are reading this, we encourage you to choose a different practice.
