With EVERYONE whose path I cross here, I feel like the crossing has been specifically ordered by God himself on behalf of me and my needs. EVERYONE has ALWAYS been extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind and tolerant. Oh yes, EXCEPTIONAL LISTENERS!! Although I like most, never wanted to revisit another operating room, I am thankful to God that my entry was not life-threatening also that I have been so blessed each time yo have such angelic beings on earth in charge of me. Therefore I use rate a HIGH 5!

Customer service is important to me especially when you arrive early for your appointment. You pay your co-payment, x-ray done and taken to a room to be seen. I was asked to go out to the receptionist she can answer any questions I may have , confused and I said, why. I left the room confused and was refunded my copay from the receptionist. It is important to clarify your office policy or have it posted regarding any injuries. I was offended, embarrassed, left completely baffled. I arrived for a 8:30am appointment early, several logistics took place, up early and travel to be turned around by the office staff. I hope no senior person ever receive the miss treatment from the staff I encountered in March. I was offended when I walked out of that office. The sad part Dr conduah was getting ready to come into the exam room to discuss my ex-ray. When I arrived home my husband said, let's go to cracker barrel and get breakfast. That was one of the steps I missed(breakfast) just to arrive on time.

The staff was professional, accommodating and courteous. My wait time was minimal and it was fairly easy to get an appointment. Dr. Conduah was awesome. He spend time to explain my diagnosis and treatment. I did not feel rushed and all my questions were answered. Thank you sir!

Dr. Conduah , kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, did not rush, explained my condition clearly, asked if I had any questions or concerns. The entire staff is pleasant, caring, respectful, they Greet you with a Smile. The wait time to be seen was within reason. The waiting area is too small hopefully it will expand in the future.

Entire staff pleasant, informative, very kind and very professional. My surgery and treatment plan was thoroughly explained with all questions answered. My arthroscopic is a success with no complications. Waiting time during scheduled appointments were very minimal

I've been to this office before but I'm appalled. I called and the office supposedly opens at 8:30 and that lunch is from 12-1. I call and the lady says the office will open at 11:30 so I call at 11:38 and the the office is closed and that they're on break for lunch. I'm just trying to schedule an appointment but everyone in the office is obviously not coming in until 1.
