I had an excellent dental implant experience!I'm always so nervous when heading in for a dental procedure, but Dr. Greco and her staff made the entire procedure stress free. The team was friendly, patient, reassuring and professional. The whole procedure took less time than getting a typical filling! Recovery was quick and the post-procedure gift bag was very thoughtful and practical. I highly recommend Dr. Greco and her team for any dental work you may need and I sincerely thank them for the warm and wonderful care I received.

I needed a fractured tooth to be extracted. I was a bit nervous because I had a terrible experience, in the past (while living in the mainland). As soon as I arrived to Dr. Joan Greco's office, I felt relaxed. Great atmosphere and magnificent staff. The procedure was gentle and fast, I did not feel anything. Dr. Joseph Barry was amazing! Everybody was very welcoming and professional, yet friendly and empathetic. I even memorized all names, from the moment I arranged everything by phone, Nicole and Miki were very helpful and followed up (returned my calls) immediately. But everybody had a great demeanor and made me feel very comfortable. Trista, was also wonderful, helping during the procedure. I am very pleased, grateful and highly recommend this place. Mahalo Dr. Joe, Trista, Nicole, Miki, Hunter and Dr. Greco for creating such a peaceful and positive work environment, and for hiring only the BEST. Great to know we have you in the Big Island. I have a lot of anxiety with medical procedures after years of cancer treatments. I was terrified when my dentist told me that I had a dead tooth that was difficult since it involved the bone. A cancellation came up and so I took it but my husband was not around to be my driver. I reluctantly relied on my autistic son because of the unfamiliarity of the situation. However, we both felt at home with Texas decor that gave respect to Texas A And M. The nurse administered my IV sedation with such skill that I barely noticed. My son picked up my medicine- a first for him and we safely arrived back in Hawi. I am very appreciative for the great care and feel much better than I expected!!! Mahalo!!!
