I had Samantha do a full skin check and in my case there were a lot of spots. I had to have a few spots biopsied and she did it with so little pain and talked me through it. Her assistant helped make me feel relaxed and I couldn't recommend a better team to go to. Finally I understand that the sun is not my friend ! Using sunscreen from now on and long tops for the water.

Went in for a chemical peel. Did not get a full peel, this was my third one so I know what is supposed to happen. (First one at this office.) Called to give feedback, let Patricia know about my experience, and I was told that I had the wrong expectations. Also, if you get a peel, try to make an appointment ahead of time to consult on the phone for 4 days later. I wasn't able to talk to anyone even though I had assumed they would be able to be available. Good Luck. I know everyone is trying their best, but this was a really frustrating experience for me.

Kona Mango

This Waimea office is smaller than their Kona office but just as nice. I came for a laser consultation with one of the PAs who was totally booked in Kona so I went to Waimea to see her. The drive was longer, about an hour versus 20 minutes to the Kona office, but I could get in sooner which was really nice. Though the treatment was done back at the Kona office a few days later, everything was completely seamless and the same PA I saw in Waimea treated me in Kona. I am thrilled with the results which have left my skin looking years younger and will not hesitate going to either office again for more treatments knowing I can receive great care at either location.
