After reading a few of the reviews I think it is in the best interest of the Practice and staff to take a hard look at their focus on scheduling protocols. Obviously it's a weak spot, and we had a bad experience, too. Not certain the why, but an appointment for last Monday was moved to later in the day, but we weren't called so arrived for the first one - and told to come back later in the day. It was a drive from Carey to St. Luke's ~ TWICE because we couldn't take the time away from work that needed to be done for clients. That's 114 miles driven.And the women were very dismissive, like it isn't a big deal. The value of time can't be measured and the minutes cannot be recovered. Every patient's time is valuable and should be treated with respect.Overall the practice is a good one, and I know Dr. Julie Lyons is well liked.

Found myself in the worst pain ever with a kidney stone and it took 40 mins to get pain meds. The more desperate I became, the slower the nurse took to give me the relief I needed. It was almost like she was doing it on purpose. Disappointing.

When your friends tell you to stay away from St Lukes and drive to Salt Lake City or Boise, please listen. It is well worth the extra money on gasoline to make the journey to a different medical group.

Always have had friendly service and knowledgeable staff and Mds. Dr Lyons is the best OB on the planet. If I could give 6 stars I would. A great addition to our small community and beats driving an hour or farther to find another clinic of this caliber. Great job.

I've been transferred around and hung up on trying to make a much needed follow up appointment for my toddler. Her dad got the same treatment and more when he tried to do the same. In the end no one even attempted to make an appointment for us so I'm finding a new primary care doctor in Twin.

This place is the worst! We will drive clear to Twin before going here again. I called to set up same day appt. The lady asked if 10:45 would work and I said yes. At the end of our conversation I verified the time and she said yes. My parents took my daughter in 15- 20 min early checked in and sat there for 15 mins before a nurse came out and said we missed our appt because it was at 10:15 which is not what I was told on the phone. They then refused to see my daughter... and this is not the first bad experience we have had with them.

The front end staff are in desperate need of sensitivity training. They are unfriendly, cold, and have awful phone manners. This is unacceptable in any case but even more so in the field of health care.
