Dr. Lily is fantastic, however, I had an experience recently I felt the need to leave a review on. I called about my prescription three times and got no answer. The fourth time I called a different extension to see if I could speak to someone, and she answered immediately. She then wanted to transfer me to the person I had already been trying to get ahold of, and I explained that she wasn't answering. She put me on hold for a total of 10 seconds to check on the lady, transferred me, and the lady answered immediately. I think she was just ignoring calls coming in. She also wasn't nice at all. After I got done talking to her I hung up and ended up calling again about 20 minutes later to ask another question and of course got no answer. I left a message with my name and number and it's been 3 days and no one has gotten back to me. I'm extremely disappointed in the staff at this place.

The nurses are rude, impatient, and uncaring. You won't see the doctor until at least 45 minutes AFTER your scheduled time. Incompetence all around. Dont waste your time.

I had skin cancer on my chest. It was removed by Chris Lillie and you can't even tell I had anything removed. Very professional. Explained everything in detail. I'm very happy with him.

I had moles biopsied and the doctors were nice when I asked them questions but seemed in a rush and were awkward. When I received my bill I was AMAZED by how expensive it was! I had to pay over $1000 and I have insurance! I regret ever even getting checked out simply because of the billing!!!

My husband had a surgery here. The surgery itself went well, but I can tell you their billing is incompetent. It is coded wrong, the doctor who performed the surgery apparently did not even have the credentials to do so (their words, not mine). Even after you get the bill settled, new charges are added monthly that were not previously there. We will never choose this site again because of the billing, not the doctors.

I'm not very pleased with this place. I came here a couple years ago to receive treatment for keloids. Dermatologist Lillie and the nurse were kind of rude. They talk about you as soon as they shut the door and think you can't hear them. My keloid flattened out then reappeared next to the original site bigger than before.

I see them for my eczema and my birth mark I got removed but I love the people here they're so kind hearted and friendly

Very professional and kind hearted. The staff was quick to find a solution to my problem and did so within a very short time period. Definitely recommend this office anyone with a skin or allergy problem.
