I was a skeptic for a long time about plastic surgery as most people are. I went in when I was ready to do something for myself. Getting breast augmentation was life changing for me. I would not reccomend anyone else other than doctor Andrew's either. The whole team was so great to me at soothing my fears and anxiety and my after care has been above and beyond. If you are having reconstructive surgery you might want a 2nd opinion, don't get me wrong I am happy I have been able to have breast reconstruction but I have seen other women that went through the same thing I did and their breasts are beautiful, mine are cross eyed and droopy.

Courtney explained the procedure, possible results, and possible risks very thoroughly. I would describe Dr. Andrews and Courtney as being very personable. He is hands down one of the most knowledgeable doctors I've ever known. ALSO, his support staff were outstanding to work with. Katie, his nurse, is so helpful and personable when trying to make decisions about the procedure. She is upbeat, happy, and most importantly caring. The other staff members helped assist me to make appointments whenever they worked for me and communicated with me, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Kahlil Andrews and his team are simply the best!!

I was referred to this office and to say I was incredibly dissatisfied would be an understatement. Not only was Dr. Andrews rude and unprofessional, his staff was even worse. My daughter is a doctor and was unable to attend my appointment with me, however she encouraged my husband and I to ask a lot of questions about the skin cancer spots on my face (very scary subject) and not a single one of my questions were answered. I was talked down to, and instead of the questions being answered they simply repeated themselves in a louder voice. I am very disappointmented because I was looking very forward to receiving some answers about my condition and get it taken care of and that certainly was NOT the case whatsoever. Not only would I NOT recommend this doctor/staff/office to any friends or family, I wouldn't even recommend them to an enemy. I hope others had a better experience than I did, but I wanted to share my horror story with anyone potentially interested in seeking care at this facility.

Wanted to give zero stars. This man ruined my life. I have not lived a day without pain since letting him operate on me. I have since seen 3 PS and they all agree he did an unessarry procedure on me to start with. The other procedure was botched and has caused permanent nerve damage. The lack of communications is uncalled for. I cried tears ( as I still do daily) for help with the pain only for him to be insensitive and walk out if the room. He never acknowledged or apologized for the severe nerve damage. Just said go to PT or take pain Meds. Please people get a second opinion. I wish I had. Any good PS would have advised me against doing this procedure had I. It's bad enough having cancer, but to have a Dr. take advantage of the situation and do an extra procedure you do not need then cause you permanate nerve damage???SHAME ON YOU!!
