If you're looking to visit this office, DON'T! I drove over an hour and showed up to my appointment on time only for a staff member to come in and tell me that I can not be seen because they didn't recieve a referral. Unfortunately, this isn't helpful considering how far of a drive I took and lack of communication. She didn't give me the opportunity to make a phone call to make sure they receive it quickly. I was not made aware prior to my appointment that they happen to not receive it. The only thing they were able to do was print out biopsy results that I ALREADY HAD from over a month ago. POOR COMMUNICATION LACK OF ACTUAL HELP LACK OF EMPATHY I will never visit this office again.

I really appreciated going to this office. It was so modern, clean, and the doctor was amazing! I cant wait for my follow up. However, don't be fooled... it was expensive but I knew what I was getting before I even went. Nevertheless, I'm understanding that when u want quality service, u will pay for it!!! No, price doesn't always dictate quality but in this case, it most certainly did and for it, I'm grateful.

I absolutely love the clarity of my skin! I started seeing Dr. Cheri Frey about 2 months ago and since then my skin has done a 180. I was referred to her by a friend of mine and his skin was so nice when I saw him that I thought he was wearing foundation. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT THE VERY NEXT DAY. My first time going I had the luxury of being greeted by Bria and Marti who work the front desk. I LOVE THEM! So nice and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend checking out Dr. Frey and company, your face will thank you for it.

I was greeted properly with professionalism and the assistant made sure I understood the procedure and Dr. Rosa made sure I was comfortable thought the whole process with a very kind heart. Not painful due to anesthesia injected in the right places. And its day 3 and I am already healed up with what looks ike a minima scar. Very pleased with whole experience. Already referred a coupe of people.

I always wanted a dermatologist who cared about my skin just as much as I did. An office where I walked in and felt like I was at home, surrounded by staff who were caring and compassionate. And that is exactly what I got when I had my first appointment with Dr. Frey! I absolutely love Dr. Frey, Marti and Mimi! I received stellar customer service from a highly professional and supportive staff! I didnt wait long to be seen and when I was seen it was a comforting experience. Dr. Frey knew exactly what was wrong with my skin and prescribed a treatment that produced amazing and quick results. When my acne continued to progress, I didnt want to see a dermatologist because it never got better. But I must say Dr. Frey is extremely gifted and she got my skin back glowing like it used to be! Oh and not to mention, her extremely talented team always makes the visit fun and worthwhile. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Frey to everyone, especially those who have had unpleasant dermatology experiences. You will never have to worry again!

From the time I walked into the door until I was seen by the dermatologist everything was so pleasant. The front desk team had beautiful smiles; I was able to complete my intake information on the iPad with ease; the nurse took her time listening to all my issues and concerns and took photos of my problem areas (she even told me what the remedy was more than likely going to be prior to the dermatologist seeing me). When the dermatologist came in, she took the time to listen to me and ask follow-up questions, but she immediately confirmed that I was having a crazy outbreak from something I put on my face and that I indeed have seborrheic dermatitis and I learned that I have hyperpigmentation (these 4 pregnancies got a sista good). They prescribed some topical medications to get things under control and within using the creams for 3 days everything has calmed down. It has been over 2 years since my skin started resembling looking like a normal person.Follow-up is in 30 days and that's when we will be addressing the hair thinning and hair loss issues in my crown. So grateful for this recommendation by my loctician. This definitely has changed things for me. And I highly recommend that you make an appointment with Advanced Dermatology.

Worst place existing on earth. First I call and the scheduling lady insists that their location is not in Oxon hill Maryland and its national harbor(geography issue) second they insist that my schedule is not there. I drive an hour to be at their office and what happens ? The scheduling people fail to inform my insurance and they claim I dont have medical insurance, i go call my medical insurance they say I see you have medical insurance I will call the office... the thing is that the scheduling people are literally doing nothing to upload my benefits, I dont recommend this place so disorganized. Im really sad to cancel my appointment twice !!!!

I went to the office for a hair loss appointment. The wait was a little longer than what I'd prefer. The doctor seemed very nice, but, not thorough. She gave me a speech on hair loss, but didn't give me a diagnosis or take a detailed look. She told me she'd return to the room, which she didn't. The assistant came in the room to give me instructions for a delivery pharmacy, I had to remind her about the doctors request to get some blood drawn. Neither of them, or the front desk explained to me that I would have to go to another place to get this done. Overall, the office was nice, but I need a little more. I will go back for my follow up, but not sure if I will after that appointment.

I called to make an appointment with Dr. Frey on Monday and I was seen today (Thursday). I was accidentally scheduled at a time with two other patients, but the office called and moved my appointment to 30 minutes earlier. I arrived and was seen almost immediately after completing my paper work. The assistant and PA were friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Frey was great. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain her prescribed regime. I was also scheduled for a follow-up appointment to check in on my progress. As others have stated, the office is state of the art, clean and comfortable! I highly recommend Dr. Frey and her staff.
