Horrible customer service, just try calling to set up an appointment. Im literally experiencing one week of attempting to have them return a phone call. Imagine if something bad happened how responsive they would be. Many of the positive reviews seem fake.

I had a chest keloid treated at Oxon Hill, MD office, and the result is amazing. The staff is wonderful and the radiation lady was phenomenal! Very professional and carrying. I recommend this office. Extremely happy with the results.

Hello my name is Denise, Im 54yrs old. Ive gone from a size I reduction to a size double DD.Dr Eric Koralla from Oxon Hill batched my upper torso, leaving me with torn tissue lesions and excruciating pain with unsatisfactory healing. Note in Year 2020 I still suffer with breast pain at a level 10. Not to mention that my body is morphine into an unusual growth. So therefore I feel this doctor needs to be investigated.I am depressed, embarrassed, unhappy, and suicidal. I feel lifeless. Please DONOT GOTO THIS DOCTOR.

Dr G, snatched the hell out of my waist and Im not even 2 months post liposuction. I had extensive 360 lipo and my results were noticeable within the first two weeks. For the price and availability for procedure date I am truly pleased. I will definitely be going back!!!

After meeting Dr G all of my uncertainties disappeared. His bedside manner and attitude was comforting. I had strong confidence in him and was very excited about him performing my surgery. Not to mention that he has an awesome surgical team and Liz is wonderful. He did a great job I thought, but after all of the swelling had gone and things were to take form I was so dissapointed.It has been two months after my lipo, BBL and chin lipo and I am so not pleased. The bottom of my butt still doesn't have the volume that I wanted and Dr Giorgis is no longer with the practice. $8500 down the drain.

I made an appointment for a virtual consultation. I even received a reminder call and let the caller know my consultation was virtual not in person and that I did not receive the link to set the vertical consultation up. My appointment was scheduled for 9 a.m. I get a call at 9:30 asking if I was going to be keeping my 9 oclock appointment. I explained it was a virtual consultation and that I did not get a link by email. Next I get a call from a consultant who sent me the link but didn't know how the link work and could not explain how to use it. The link never worked and I didn't get my consultation. No one could tell me if the office is in network with my insurance prior to an appointment either. Update 05/25/2020 I gave this office another chance and made an appointment I was instructed to call before arriving if I didnt received the email.I called for two hours leaving two messages and noone called me back and my appointment time has passed. This office is so unprofessional.

Well, to start my appointment was for 2pm They advertised a special and did not plan according. Even after the reminders they sent and confirmation I provided. I was not seen until 3:30pm but thas not to see me more than of a introductory of who was doing my procedure. So, now that pushed my other appointment back. Since I had driven ro the DC office no need to come back for this so I stayed but will NEVER EVER go back. Good thing this was a test run on a small procedure as I had gone previously for a consult for a more evasive process. That's NOT happening here. Today, didnt leave until 4:30.....she took maybe 15 min.

This has been the absolutely worst decision I've ever made in coming to this office. I purchased 2 packages for Halo and laser hair removal totaling over $5000. I've paid roughly a little close to $3000 if not over. I finally decided to start treatment for the laser and low and behold I got burned!!!! Now when I reached out to the nurse practitioner Sorell.... she advised me to used vitamin E and coco cocoa butter. Shes a sweetheart and very professional however the laser setting was completely incorrect. After that experience, I decided not to continue with any treatment. Now here's where the foolishness starts. I reached out to Lauren the office manager to notify her as to what happened and request a full refund of what I've paid and I must say it's very unprofessional how they have handled my situation. I was told I can only be refunded $1460 out of $2800..... why because corporate will need to give the approval. I was told by Lauren that she will reach out to the corporate office and it usually takes 10 days for a decision. We and now going on 3wks. All my calls to the office have have gone unresponded. I'm ALWAYS being told 'Lauren is in a meeting, Lauren is not in the office, can I take a message, I'll transfer you to her now (only to get a voicemail).' Between being placed on hold for an extended period of time to being hung up on when I call, it rediculous! I have been dismissed for over 2wks. Now, I too am a medical professional (doctor) and never would I treat any of my patients in this manner. They have been dismissive, unresponsive, and unwilling to rectify my issue. They were readily available to collect payment but now I'm placed on hold just about everytime I call the office hoping to speak to the infamous Lauren. If I had know this before, I would have steered clear of every coming here. Never again will I make such a costly mistake. If there were negative stars that could be given, it would be -50 stars. What good is a medical office that doesn't cater to its patients needs or doesn't try to rectify a patients issue .

I was so excited to go in for a consultation. But after I went in i was so disappointed, they didnt answer my questions or address my concerns properly. The office manager came in, briefly chatted with me and that was it. No doctor bothered to come talk to me i guess they asssumed i wont be able to pay out of pocket so they didnt care for me.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service here is horrible. You never see the doctor until your surgery. They steal your money they won't return it even after you haven't been medically cleared. The office manager Mrs.Lauren is totally unprofessional she had guest while she has meeting with me to discuss getting my money back. I asked to speak with cooperate I have gotten no where with that. I went to this location and although the consultation was free, I met with the office manager; NO DOCTOR! I asked if all the surgeons were board certified she stated 'Yes' which is incorrect as their website clearly states that one is board eligible. I asked questions, and she would spin stories. I asked if they ever had a client that was unhappy with the results of their surgery and she said 'Yes, there were two, and it was because they wanted more personalized attention, and had nothing to do with the surgery itself. She even told me a story about her plans to have a breast reduction! She was full of poop! She was interested in getting me on the schedule...this place is not for me! Please note, this is my personal experience; you should check it out for yourself. Thanks!

Lexington Plastic Surgery Clinic located in Oxen Hills, Md is the absolute best! Dr Abel Giorgis and Sorelle (NP) are an amazing team; they have the best clinical and bedside manners! They took the time out to ensure all of my questions were answered and I was totally comfortable with my decision to have my BBL! Dr G provided an illustration of his surgical plans to ensure my expectations aligned with my results...must I say, I cant stop looking at my body! The day of surgery, I was provided all of their contact information and YES, they do answer/return calls! I had a 2 & 9 day post-surgical follow-up and again, theyre amazing! Although pain levels may vary, I had ZERO pain...minimal soreness! Did I mention theyre mind readers? I was going to ask about the Lymphatic Drainage Massage and before I could get ask, Sorelle provided me with a brochure of a highly recommended company; I really appreciate this because Im a stickler for great care. Well with all that said...please know, Im their favorite patient and theyre my favorite surgical team! Job well done and may God continue to bless this team!!! Highly recommended!

I didn't get to go to this place. I saw the commercial, discussed it with my husband and he said go for it. I went on the website and decided that cool sculpting was the way to go. I sent an email and got a call the next day to set up my consultation. I was all set to go and I was excited! Well, I'm at work on Wednesday, 3/14 (I got the call for the consult the day before) and got a call from the office, saying that service isn't offered in their Oxon Hill location, but it is in Miami and LA. I politely said no thank you and hung up. Why wasn't that told to me when I received the first call? Very unprofessional and I feel as though their playing games. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This practice is clearly run by non-professional individuals who cannot answer plastic surgery questions or attempt to assist you with expertise they know not of. They are very unhelpful and will not let you speak to anybody additionally for help. If you need assistance from any of the doctors/nurses from Lexington Plastic Surgery, you will need to show up in person, and demand that you speak to a medical professional. Don't call show up in person!

I had a virtual consultation with a worker she called me on face time off her IPhone and looked..talked and body language was very unprofessional. I wouldnt trust these people to do no work on me. First, I did not like that a non-medical person provided my initial consultation. If I wanted to speak with the surgeon prior to the meeting I was to have with him after leaving a non refundable 1000k deposit would cost me over 600$, as he is very busy.Secondly, after my sugery, I had an issue with the drain bulb that was inserted in me was leaking. I called the office as they saytheysre available 24/7. After getting the answering service I was told someone would get back to me. No one ever called me back and I finally called the doctor directly.Dr. Kharella was very nice; good bedside manner. I just had my surgery yesterday so I am unable to tell u of his skills.Had it not been for the promotion they were offering and my consultation with another service, I would not have used them mainly in part due to a non medical person giving a consultation so therefore, none of your medical concerns are addressed. They just seem like an organization just going after your money. Intime I will tell u about the job the doctor did. Went back 6day post and wasseem by 2 nurse practitioners rather than the surgeon. I also believe that being that these procedures are very intense there should not be a no money back policy. I understand that tine, scheduling at other people are involved, and Percentage should be charged, but u should not be charged the entire fee if u change your mind.
