My experience with Dr Roche and staff has been seamless and amazing since day one. I lost a lot of weight and had some stubborn fat in my abdomen and hips that just wouldnt budge. 1st of all the staff is awesome and make you feel very comfortable. Dr Roche is a very practical and to the point man. He makes you feel comfortable but he makes sure you have realistic expectations about surgery not turning you into a super model. Great bedside manner. They are super thorough preparing you for surgery so you know what to expect. Surgery was way easier than I thought. I took a Friday off work and went back on Monday. It took a couple months for the swelling to go down but now I could not be happier with my results. I have curves for the first time in my life. I wouldnt even consider going elsewhere. Side note: they forgot to apply my consultation fee to my surgery and to make up for it, Dr Roche gave me some amazing pain cream that was worth over double the cost of my consultation fee to help me get through the healing process. I think the people who left negative reviews maybe didnt give their bodies enough time to get rid of the swelling? It does take time and you will not see results overnight.

Better than I could have even imagined! After seeing all of the press about textured implants, I decided to have my implants either removed or replaced. After two consultations, I went with replacing my saline textured implants with the gummy bear silicone and I could not be happier with the results. I had previous nerve damage but after my replacement augmentation, the normal feelings are back and I love the natural look and feel of my breasts. The staff are all so kind and caring. Dr. Roche took time to speak with me twice in person and another time on the phone answering all of my questions and dealing with my concerns. I can't recommend him enough! You will be so glad you went with Dr. Roche.

Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and polite. I never felt uncomfortable; even on my first day there during the consultation. Dr Roche was very informative and made me feel even more confident about my decision to get Lipolite. I will definitely send all my friends and family to him. I had lipo on my stomach/back/banana roll in Feb. 2020 and from the very first consultation I knew I was in the right place. I did a lot of research to find someone I felt would be worthy of a consultation. Dr. Roche has the most updated tools/techniques for lipo which is why I chose him. He is very good at what he does and is very up to date with newer techniques. A lot of other surgeons in Michigan do not have some of the more updated technology for lipo. I am 4 weeks post-op now and the entire office staff has been great every step of the way. I can text them if I have a question and they respond promptly. Dr. Roche & all of the ladies in his office are amazing! Everyone is so professional and helpful. They really make you feel like family. I would highly recommend Dr. Roche without a doubt.

Four months postop from having a fatty dorsal hump removed and a little bit of shape action going on I am very happy with my results thus far. Follow post op directions and have realistic expectations. The staff has been great with postop care and checking up on me. I would absolutely use them again should I ever need something else.

Dr. Roche and his AWESOME staff have literally changed my life for the better- Dr. Roche performed my breast augmentation surgery 3 months ago and the results are FABULOUS! My breasts are fuller, just the right amount of volume to match the lower half of my body. Outside of my sister- I have not shared the fact that I had a breast augmentation with my family. Interestingly, I am getting non-stop compliments on my workouts, diet, etc but no one realizes it is new breasts! This is a testament to the skill/experience that Dr. Roche brings to the surgery table. This was literally my first surgery and they made it comfortable, educated and informed me every step of the way, and answered all of my questions/concerns at the office, via email, and on the phone. My recovery was easier than breast feeding (I have 4 children) and left me feeling less sore than many of my upper body workouts. I highly recommend Dr. Roche and HIS STAFF for their professionalism, friendliness, attention, and skill.

All was well until I paid. Theres a character limit, so I cant list my full review (you can see it on RealSelf) but I would urge you to stay away. I was talked into procedures I didnt necessarily need & left worse off than I came in and for a giant price tag & no answers as to how to fix it. I wasnt going to leave a review, but after frustrations of not being responded to I did some digging and found out that hes done this to many people... so I figured the more stories out there the better, hopefully our real life tragedies will help you avoid one of your own. I had liposuction and lipotite (they would not do liposuction without lipotite) and was left with a very lumpy abdominal area and pinned in looking thighs. Im still having to wear my compression garment almost a year later because you can see it through almost any shirt I wear. Again, I dont have enough space to leave all the details, but I encourage you to read through all the reviews before going anywhere near this office.

Today 1/7/2020 I went into the office for a consultation and I must say I LOVE THE STAFF. They are so sweet and energetic. They are also nice looking which is a plus because I judge everything when searching for the perfect doctor for my surgery. This man is the most intelligent physician that Ive been too, he seems to know everything!I went to him a couple of weeks ago as my hair is falling out. I have two patches on my head that Im having a hard time covering up. Dr. Roche looked at the first one, and said its fungus. I almost choked :)I went home and read an article about fungus. Most people have it in their toe nails, and I have it in two of them. I read further that it can grow all over your body and end up in your heart! This is not the first time that Dr. Roche has discovered something with a family member. Dont forget he was a very famous ENT before he switched over to plastic surgery. A true Gem of a doctor.

DR. ROCHE BOTCHED ME! Please stay as far away as possible! This is the biggest mistake I've made in life, my body is deformed and I will need an additional surgery to fix what Dr. Roche did to me. Dr. Roche promise me he could achieve the results that I wanted, he talked to me for an hour and made me feel like I could trust him. On the day of the surgery he had his assistant (with no formal education) mark up my body, how does she know where to mark your body at? Now I have to pay another surgeon to fix what he did to me. Dr. Roche is hands down the best cosmetic surgeon. I truly cannot say enough about his talent, his compassion, and his commitment to making me feel comfortable before and after. He had no problems spending time with me and answering all of my crazy questions. I had upper and lower lipo of the abdomen with bodytite and morpheus 8(for the stretch marks) lipo inner and outer thighs, lipo banana roll, lipo dorsal roll. I think that's it. The roller coaster of emotions with having any cosmetic procedure is no joke. I thought I was prepared for that. The emotions can be worse than the pain. Thank God for his amazing staff Tracy, Jenny, and Janine they have been my saviors these past couple of months! They are the most professional and caring staff that anyone could ask for. You have to trust the process and let yourself heal. I'm now 2 months out and I can say that this is the best decision I have ever made! I'm comfortable in my own skin and my clothes look amazing!!

I'm only a third of the way through the BBL process, but so far I'm having a good experience. There was a power issue at my first appointment that was not their fault at all. They were very apologetic and did what they could to accommodate my appointment, which I really appreciated since I don't live near their office. Tracy was very friendly and professional during the BBL application, answering all my questions. The office staff was also great throughout both of my visits so far. Literally horrible!! I Voiced my concern shortly after my surgery and issues that I was having with the areas that I have got done my life first action was completely botched he missed so much and left me a very bumpy and lumpy my fat transfer is that were very very uneven you can completely tell just looking at me at one of my hips is higher than the other my breast implants are absolutely terrible I had to have other doctors look at me and it is a completely agreed with everything I dont even think that Dr. Roche did everything that I paid for I was in surgery for less than four hours and got a nose job breast in plants, liposuction, fat transfers, face fat pad removal. It was horrible Now I am out $30,000 it was such a waste and Im never going to get it back and now I have to pay someone to get these issues fixed I need to find myself a good lawyer so I can see you this office these people dont even how much they ruined me. And then I reached out to them and Im being asked to pay $150 to come in the office and have them look at me after they ruined me!! I want to get my word out there do not go to this doctor!

Do not go to him! Please! I had the worst breast augmentation ever! Tried to charge me thousands of dollars on top of the 8k I already gave him, to 'fix' what he messed up! He is not a real cosmetic surgeon, he didn't go to school for it! Don't trust a guy that took online courses, and is going around taking people's money and screwing them up! My first visit to see the doctor was amazing. I was comfortable and I was very pleased with the plan he made up. I had a traumatic horrific accident that has left my body looking absolutely deformed. It has left me feeling depressed and hopeless. Within the 45 minutes I spent with Dr. Roche and his beautiful assistant made me feel so much better! And when I see a glimpse of hope she'd on my situation it means the world to me. I believe in my heart Jesus led me to his office and into their hands to make me feel normal again. I believe he led me to them to be the person I was meant to stay and be. His assistant was soft,sweet and kind and made me feel comfortable even though I know I look hideous. And Dr. Roche didn't seem intimidated whatsoever by the many procedures he has to do to me to get me into the best I can look. I had the opportunity to meet his wife too and she was very sweet as well. I am beyond excited for him to work on me and I give their office 5 stars for the way they treated me and how comfortable I was and for the way he told me exactly what was going to be done and how easy it seemed to him to fix. I really LOVE this office! Ive searched so many offices for Lipo, BBL, and dimpleplasty and this office does all three. I went in for a consultation back in June of 2018 and I was treated like a QUEEN! Very nice staff. I was very scared about my procedure so MImi went and got the doctor for me.
