Reminders are sent to me via a text message regarding my appointment time plus it is easy to confirm that I will be there. My dental hygienist had difficulty with one of their computer systems and tried to troubleshoot it on her own but was not afraid to reach out to a coworker which solved the problem. I like seeing the teamwork. I believe Seaport Family Dentistry is on the cutting edge of technology and new procedures. The staff always seems happy and well trained.

This is the best and most efficiently run dentists office I have ever run across. There staff is always helpful and friendly. There is a reason there staff stays on for so long. I have used all three of the dentists on the team and would recommend each one of them.

I have been with this dental practice for 15 years and the care I get is consistently great. I fell and broke off my front tooth in half once and they fit me in for a comprehensive evaluation within an hour and rebuilt the tooth to look great again that day. I put off the permanent fix because th temporary looked great!Now with Covid-19 office appointments are screened before hand with temperature testing and questionnaires before you are admitted to the facility. Proper sanitation measures are taken by all employees all the time. Great place friendly knowledgeable staff.

I am so impressed with Seaport family dentistry. They have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to help me beyond what I could even think or imagine. I greatly appreciate everything youre doing to help me get taken care of to even work with me with my insurance and cafeteria to get the work done that I need. Going to the dentist has always been terrifying for me and I dread it but everyone including the dentist themselves really show that they cared. A few months prior to my visit at Seaport Family Dentistry I had my other wisdom tooth removed at the expense of 100$ but the pain was enormous compared to the wisdom tooth I had pulled at Seaport I highly recommend!!

At Seaport dentistry, they do a great job with you as soon are you are actually done waiting. They have terrible wait times far after your appointment time. I always wait at least 20-30 minutes AFTER my appointment time.Additionally, they have a new phone system that they do not know how to use. When you call, you are transferred, but you are left on wait, never to have your call answered.Also, if you are waiting for them to call you back, dont. They will not call you back. I ordered a mouth piece worth at least $500, paid, and they were to call me when it arrived. I never received a phone call and had to check up on it with the office myself.I do not recommend.

I had SEVERE anxiety from a terrible wisdom teeth experience. Devi was so compassionate and gentle with me!! She listened and made sure every fear was handled. She even texted me a few days after my scaling and root plaining to see if I was feeling ok. All I can say is if you have fear ASK FOR DEVI!! The whole place is always a welcoming environment and every person is smiling!! I LOVE going there! Which is night and day to my past experience!! Don't wait, go to Seaport!!!

Love this place! Ive always been nervous going to the dentist growing up, but since coming to Seaport, I feel relaxed and even look forward to my regular visits. Everyone is so nice/helpful/patient etc, and they also dont mind when my 2 littles tag along! I just got a new crown to replace an old one and it looks amazing! They did it all in their office in 1 visit too! Im impressed!

Everyone here is great, always friendly, always have had good experiences. They are flexible with their payment plans and allow me and my family to be taken care of to the fullest extent. They specialize in dentistry but have expanded into other areas such as heart health and several other small check ups they do that are related to your regular check ups to help keep you at 110% always.

Dr. Tinsley is nothing but a money grubber. If you do not spend thousands of dollars on his 'recommend' service that is the last you will see of him. Rude assistants who do nothing but lie and make excuses for his and their failed attempts at good dental work. They even failed to file the insurance claim correctly and blame the customer. Worst dentist I have ever had in my life.

Cant speak highly enough about this office. Everyone from the doctors, dental assistants, techs and office staff are phenomenal. I love that Dr Shultz gives the pain injections without the pain.
