Dr. Suprenant was amazing. She explained the face and neck lift process with the different options I could choose from and the costs, the down time and recovery. She had me come in for follow up visits to make sure there were no issues from the surgery. I had no issues during or after the surgery and my healing time was super fast. I did not have a good experience. The incision Dr. Suprenant made on my scalp pulled apart, and I had complications with swelling as well. She went out of town just after my surgery, and there was no physician on call. Most of my dealings after surgery were with the aesthetician in her office, not even with her nurse. Just a bit later, when I needed my records sent to my hometown physician, Dr. Suprenant had left town again and had not entered her notes. When I returned home and my physician examined the work Dr. Suprenant had done, she was able to explain to me why the incision had pulled apart. Very unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience.
