My second surgery was in April, 2018 and it was an implant replacement and upgrade. Surgery was planned on being short but 2 hours later I was out. I needed so much reconstruction that Dr. Edney 100% could have ignored and just put the new implant in. He did not, he went above any expectations I had to make sure my breasts looked great at all angles. Not a pain free experience the second time around but I have a new found respect for this man that backed his whole day up by hours to make sure my surgery was done top notch. A thousand times over I recommend Dr. Edney and all the nurses and the anesthesiologist is super friendly and comforting before surgery. Hopefully I don't have to come back for the same anytime soon but if I do I know I will see Dr Edney.

My initial impression of Aesthetic Surgical Images was satisfactory, but as time passes, my overall opinion has fallen. I generally don't leave reviews for anything, but I feel inclined to, given the steady decline in customer service.As a brief background, I was born with inverted nipples. Despite the many efforts to embrace them, my self-consciousness became so crippling that I wanted them corrected. ASI was the first place to confirm that their doctors could provide the service. I requested Dr. Montag because of her positive testimonials. Eager to banish my insecurity, I researched various de-inversion procedures before my consultation, one of them using a local anesthetic to make a small incision to release the tissue. However, Dr. Montag suggested I do the surgery instead. Not wanting to argue with the professional, I shelled out several grand, took off work, and went for it.I was exceptionally pleased with the care I had and of course, the results. I had never been more confident. Before I knew it though, my left nipple retracted about six months after the surgery. I expressed my concern and without any hesitation, Dr. Montag offered to correct it free of charge (using a local anesthetic) because my 'confidence was priority.' The nipple was corrected within 20 minutes, the pain was minimal, and I was able to drive myself home! We left the stitches in for double the time to increase our chance of success. I was truly just blown away by the outstanding customer service and deeply appreciated the gesture.Fast forward a little over a year, and now my right nipple was starting to become inverted again. Before I knew it, my confidence plummeted and my self-consciousness crept back in. I was mildly annoyed because I made the realization that ultimately both nipples rejected the initial surgery, but I like to think I'm a pretty understanding person and didn't blame ASI. After dragging my feet, I finally made an appointment to get my right nipple reevaluated. I didn't expect it to be free of cost, but I was hopeful that it would be fairly evaluated, given the prior circumstances and my support/relationship with ASI. The atmosphere had changed. The receptionists and nurses were still friendly, but the wait time had increased substantially and Dr. Montag's disposition differed. She was nice, but it seemed forced. She even responded 'It's not that bad' when I showed her. At first, it felt like she had brushed it off and almost belittled my insecurity, but she then had offered to run it by the board to see if it could be fixed at a discount. Days later, I get a call from her nurse quoting me some $1700 for a 20 minute procedure. Undoubtedly, I was shocked, seeing as the initial surgery I had with nurses, anesthesiologists, and a long recovery time was maybe $600 or $700 more. At first, I felt pretty defeated because I don't have that kind of disposable income. I assumed I'd have to just live with the negative body image, but a friend convinced me to call back and inquire how the cost had risen so much. So I did, and several days later, I got another call from Dr. Montag's nurse saying they re-evaluated the procedure for $700. That I could work with.Dr. Montag seemed even more vexed the second time around. She was quiet and hurried through the procedure. I noticed that it wasn't proportionate to the left side, but because the stitches were still in, I wasn't going to comment. We left the stitches in for quite a while, but even still, the right side didn't match or protrude to the same degree as the left. When I mentioned this to her, she said, 'Well, at least it's not going inward anymore' and mentioned being able to inject some sort of fluid/gel in there if I desired. This, of course, would cost more money.Maybe it's just my stubborn body, but I'm fairly disappointed with my overall experience. I don't have any hard feelings toward Dr. Montag or wish her any ill will, I just feel taken advantage of at this point. I don't want or plan to live a life of plastic surgery.

I am 53 years old and had been wanting a breast augmentation all of my adult life. I chose ASI after viewing their website and happened to run into a friend who had recently had a procedure done at ASI. From my first consultation to the post-op check ups, the nursing staff, receptionists and Dr. Bruneteau made me feel comfortable and understood my concerns and expectations. They are knowledable, kind, very informative of the process and patient with all of our questions and concerns. 3 months post-op and I am just extremely happy with my results!! It's even more than I had hoped for! It has changed the way I view myself, how I dress and how good I feel each day. I would highly recommend ASI for any cosmetic procedure you are considering.

I developed a condition called bilateral gynaecomastia during puberty that slowly worsened by the age of 25. I tried everything from losing weight to gaining muscle. While I succeeded in both, the problem lingered. I went to Aesthetic Surgical images hoping to improve both my self-perception and my appearance. I wanted to feel confident without my shirt on. I selected to discuss my options with Dr. Richard Bruneteau at Aesthetic Surgical Images. Throughout the process, I never once felt shame or unease. The building is private and the staff very helpful. Dr Bruneteau was wonderfully helpful in discussing the causes, the treatments, and, most importantly, what results to expect. It was rather simple to schedule the surgery and prepare. The hardest part was the recovery, but that goes with all surgery. Drink a TON of water and have food frozen ready to microwave for several days/weeks. They recommend a minimum of 3 days off work, but I'd recommend closer to a week if possible to reduce unnecessary movement and let your body heal. You are required to wear a compression vest/wrap and keep tubes into the site for drainage for 2-3 weeks. Lastly, try to slowly return back to some physical exercise. Even after the 6 week mark, you'll need some time to return back to normal strength.Overall, despite the usual minor difficulties immediately after surgery, I'm extremely happy with my results and have no regrets. I highly recommend Dr. Bruneteau and the rest at Aesthetic Surgical images.

Dr. Bruneteau and the entire staff of ASI have been amazingly supportive and helpful. My wife had a Mommy-Makeover with circumferential skin removal. Throughout the entire process, the staff, nurses, and doctors were patient, understanding, and thorough in the care of my wife. She had a few complications, but they always contacted us immediately with assistance and advice. If for some reason I need to have another surgery done, I will NEVER EVER go back to this place again. Surgeon was ok, but I was walked to my car while throwing up the entire way after the procedure was done, and then they completely ignore requests for documentation when I ask for it. Then I was told the surgeon questioned something while doing the surgery, something was sent to the Lab, and I was charged an additional $130 on top of everything else that we paid out of pocket. When I asked them about this, they told me to submit to my health insurance that it would be taken care of - that was mid way through last year, I just got a call this morning stating it would not be covered through my insurance. AND they have not done a follow up since the surgery.

Went there today for a consultation, I had to wait 2 hours before I saw the surgeon. They said the consultation would take 1 n a half to 2 hours . I guess they meant the wait time. I've never had to wait that long for a consultation. I was furious but did not want to walk out because there's a $40 cancellation fee . Which is unheard of . Also compared to others their pricing is very high. Would not recommend, I feel like I wasted half of my day , just in their waiting office.

When I went in for my free consultation for breast augmentation and liposuction, I was met with a serine environment and friendly staff. Dr. Edney and staff took their time with me and my husband during my consultation and answered any of our questions and presented the risks associated to the surgery. On the day of the surgery I met with Dr. Edney beforehand and he came and saw me, marking my body for my improvements. I had the most wonderful nurse who took care of me through the whole experience. Had a 3 hr wait for consultation. Very poor communication and unprofessional business. The doctors are so overbooked they cancel because and I quote from Dr.Edney 'I cancelled your surgery because I didnt feel like I would give my 100%'. That was said to me after several nurses claimed he cancelled because he was very sick. He cancelled 2 hrs before my surgery. When I was upset because of the last minute cancellation and the lying they made it seem like I was wrong for being upset. Do not go to this place. It is more like an assembly line than a professional plastic surgery facility. I wont get back the time that was wasted and the emotional toll this played in our life is devastating. I'm thankful I have found a better facility and doctor. Dr.Finkle is far more caring and considerate. I highly suggest seeing him at his office before going to aesthetic surgical images.

I had juvederm done here and my lips are now uneven. I was not explained to what she was going to do exactly. She seemed like she was also in a rush and my lips now look really bad. Most of the juvederm is put on my middle top lip and the rest looks flat, like I honestly paid for nothing. I honestly think the full syringe I paid for was not all put into my lips and I have gotten them done before and know how they should look. I just think she did a poor job on me and now I have to go spend more to fix it.

From the moment I left my free consultation, I knew I had made the right decision to have my breast augmentation done at Aesthetic Surgical Images. All of the staff were welcoming and knowledgable. All of my questions were answered with ease. My mother had a breast augmentation done here about 12 years ago and she is very pleased as well. I am almost 4 weeks out from surgery currently, and I am healing nicely. I am a pretty conservative dresser and I did not want this surgery to be noticed, that's not why I did it. I had this done for myself. My only consideration would have been going a little bigger :) If you are considering this surgery, it is definitely much easier than I had thought. I had it done on a Friday morning and was back at work on Monday, only missing one day of work. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bruneteau!

I am 48 years old and was just feeling like I needed something! I had a very low self-esteem of myself because my breasts were so small. I also had one smaller than the other due to a lump removed 24 years ago. My husband suggested looking into having a breast augmentation done. I avoided the subject for a long time. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is only concerned with quantity and not quality. They rush patients in and out as fast as they can and could not care less about the quality of their work. I had a breast lift here by Dr. Bruneteau a few years ago. It turned out absolutely awful! He only spent about a total of 10 minutes with me. The nurse did everything else. He never looked over the pre-op photos with me and they never took any post-op photos. He did a terrible job of stitching me up that left terrible scars, which I am now having to get fixed by a good surgeon. Not only are the doctors bad, but their administrative staff is just as poor. They never respond to emails and if you call and have to leave a message they don't call you back. I had to call them several times before I finally spoke to the person I needed. I strongly recommend you do not have anything done here.

I went to ASI because one of my 11 year old breast implants ruptured.Dr. Bruneteau told me that it was impossible to remove and replace my implants through my existing scar on my nipple. I was very vocal about how disappointing that was, I recently battled cancer (lymphoma) and I have more than enough scars on my body already.He was absolutely certain, it was not an option to go through the nipple. He said he never puts implants in through the nipple because he can't take them out that way. He said he was surprised that my original doctor (who is in a different state) hadn't told me this would be an issue if one of my implants ruptured. I was very disappointed but I trusted him. A few days before my fully paid for procedure, his nurse called asking for an additional $900. Once again, they blamed the issue on my previous surgeon. He under filled an implant by less than a tea spoon, thus voiding the lifetime replacement guarantee from the manufacturer. I told the nurse I couldn't afford that. I wrote her an email requesting a full accounting of everything I've paid for up to that point. Instead of giving me an itemized invoice, she calls me back saying the doctor is so gracious, he's not going to charge me the extra $900. Then she said Dr. Bruneteau ordered my implants a size smaller than what was agreed on. When I objected to the smaller implants she backtracked and said they were the right size. I went from being mildly worried about the surgery to absolutely terrified that I was making a huge mistake! I especially didn't like their pompous attitude towards my original surgeon. He is highly regarded and well respected in South Florida, where surgeons are a dime a dozen, his reviews are excellent and he has his own morning talk show. Dr. Bruneteau on the other hand, has a lot of bad reviews out there. The more I read the scarier he seemed. So I canceled the surgery and got my money back. The surgeon I ultimately chose must be a miracle worker because he did the impossible, and used my original scar to remove and replace my implants! I am absolutely appalled that Dr. Bruneteau flat out lied to me about my incision options! He might not have the skills to give me what I wanted, but he should have been honest with me and said that he's not personally comfortable going in through my nipple, instead of declaring it impossible! Granted, had he been up front about his capabilities compared to other local surgeons I wouldn't go with him. Why learn new methods when you can just lie to your patients instead? I wouldn't recommend ASI to anyone, unless you're looking for outdated surgical methods, uncaring, and unimaginative doctors who see you only as a money making vessel rather than an individual human being.

From the first phone call I made to every follow up visit, the services I've received have been exceptional!! I checked other doctors to do my breast augmentation and Aesthetic Surgical Images was the one place that made me feel at ease, comfortable and not just like a patient but like a person.
