Each time I come to Imagen, they treat me like family. You want that welcoming feeling when it come to these procedures, which made me very comfortable and also excited! Dr. Frank and staff will ask you questions, figure out whats best for you, and provide multiple options - its not one size fits all, they treat everyone with a personalized plan. Lastly, I found their pricing competitive, when it comes to these things, I didnt want to base decision on the cheapest price. They are upfront about all costs and there are no hidden fees.Highly recommend!

I came in as a first timer getting lip fillers, the receptionist as well as my Doctor where absolutely amazing. I have my second appointment scheduled and cant wait to get to my desired look, the staff make you feel at home and make sure that you are comfortable every step of the way. Alexandra has even reached out to make sure I was healing and to answer any questions I had. 5 stars just isnt enough.

Posting a 5 star review again so I can share my experience with Imagen and just how amazing they are! I had a very specific idea of how I wanted my lips to be and decided to get 2 rounds of injections to achieve my dream look - 1 wasnt enough for me and I was completely fine paying for another round. Its been about 2 months since I got my second round and I am OBSESSED with my lips, and get compliments all of the time! I already want to come back for more because not only do the Drs do amazing work, the whole atmosphere is so relaxing and you just want to BE there. I did a lot of research on where to get my lips done before deciding to go with Imagen and after the fantastic Nurse spent a good 30 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions, I knew I was picking the right place; and I definitely did. I will not go anywhere else!!

Unprofessional unacceptable experience. I called to schedule a consultation and I asked where their before and after photos for the Sculptra butt injections they did were. They said on their website. I informed them that I had looked and was unable to find any so the girl said they r redoing the website and she would email me them after acting like she couldnt believe they wouldnt have put them back on there. Never received any email from her. I called 40 mins before my scheduled appointment since they were supposed to send me text reminders with the address and did not . I also asked when I called where the before and after pictures were that they emailed? The girl informed me that they had them in the office and would show them to me during my consultation. I went to my appointment which I believe they didnt even have me down for. Told me to wait in my car due to covid19 ... after 20 mins they called and told me they were ready. I asked about the before and after pictures they said they were going to see if they could find and then never had any...still no photos.. I asked the girl again for the photos she said she was going to go see if she could find those but did not come back with them. The doctor finally came in. (This was at 7:15 and my appointment was at 6:00) he seemed like he was tired and was ready to go home.. I asked about the photos again I never did get any. They just gave me generic photos in a pamphlet and a booklet of Sculptra face injections that are on the online forums that Sculptra provides that Ive seen in other doctors websites already and not ones they did on butt injections themselves. The girl claimed they had been doing butt injections for 8 years at this location and several years before in North Carolina but had no pics of just Sculptra butt injections. Only 1 of a mans behind with a combo of fat transfer and injections. It was not very good to me and I needed to see more . ( Ill include the pics below if I can) Between the girl assistant and the male doctor they had told me complete inconsistencies and at this point I felt like I was being lied to or they just didnt know what was going on so I just wanted to leave at this point because I knew there was no way I was going to get any procedure done at this place . I had went there because the reviews seem pretty good and theres not a lot of places in Omaha to get these procedures but after my appointment it was clear to me I needed to go to a bigger city to a bigger professional. I was here for an extremely expensive procedure. I expect more. Sad.

I went in to get fillers in my lip. I wanted one syringe and I wanted to have nice even lips that didnt frown as much. Mainly focusing the filler on the sides to get a wide smile. Everyone was very nice and helpful and the doctor gave me his recommendation. We talked about how my top lip might be too big with the whole syringe and they cant save it, so he would use some on the bottom to even things out. I agreed. We were all good and the experience was pleasant. After the swelling went down, I noticed that my lips are pretty uneven and lopsided. Other people notice this as well. I called them and sent pics and they agreed to see me and go over the procedure. We arrived at this appointment and the receptionists were nice. The doctor was unable to see the uneven parts so we went over pics. He said he can add some more, but I would have to buy a whole other syringe (at around $500). I was looking for ways to fix his uneven work and not more volume. We asked some questions and he wasnt as pleasant as our first encounter. He explained that he doesnt make the filler himself and has to buy them at a cost, he let us know that he never guaranteed any of his work because he cant predict the future and ensure that his patients get what they want, and he explained that he adds the same amount of filler to each side of the lip and isnt able to predict what might need more to get a desired shape (as no doctors can do this he let us know). My options are to spend the extra money to have more added and we will try to get them even, or he will dissolve it at no additional charge and I can have my old lips back. This is a bit scammy to me. I have plenty of money and spend a significant amount on beauty supplies and procedures, but I have no desire to pay $1000 for a treatment that should have only been $500 because the doctor cant predict the outcome will be even with one syringe. I thought it was fair to ask for the uneven issue to be fixed, as my expectation was that my lips would be the same size on each side, and I wasnt asking for anything other than the issue to be resolved. I only want even lips. No one walked us out, said goodbye, nothing. I am baffled at this treatment and this whole business. I would not recommend anyone go there. I will get my lips corrected- but I will be doing this somewhere else.

I came to Imagen for lip filler. The overall experience was amazing. I felt very welcomed and they educated me on what exactly fillers are and some of the things that could go wrong. After the consultation process was over i was very comfortable and still wanted the filler. I got the numbing cream on and sat for about 30 mins then the wonderful doctor came in and filled my beautiful lips. The healing was a little uncomfortable because of the swelling but after that they look amazing and im so happy with the results! Thank you so much to all the team memebers at Imagen for helping me feel even more beautiful than I did before i walked in! Definitely would recommend anyone who wants fillers to come here

I went to Imagen for a PRP vampire facial after working for an orthopedic clinic and seeing the dramatic results of PRP in healing patients joint issues. I noticed over a few months that the texture of my skin improved and some of the sun damage and pigmentation I had for years, seemed to resolve. The staff was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful, and the doctor was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I strongly recommend Dr. Soto and his team. I just had my three month check up and the results are outstanding. I had my flanks and lower/upper ABs done. I started out several months ago trying to find the best Dr that fit my needs searching in the Lincoln and Omaha area. After several consultations with different Drs., I decided to go with Dr. Soto. His prices were competitive and I really did not want to be put under. During my consultation, I immediately felt he was the right choice. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. The procedures and everything else over these three months have been smooth and exactly like I was told it would be. There was very little discomfort during the procedure. You will need to take it easy the first few weeks but I was back to work the day following the procedure. Dr. Soto and his staff truly care about your well being and results.

I am a registered nurse, and my experience with Dr Soto has been the worst EVER. He ruined my stomach with a procedure called tummy tight. After the procedure my stomach's skin started to protrude, became very loose, and now I have no lower back support, which interferes with my job. unfortunately, I had another procedure called cellulaze ( both procedures were done on the same day). The result of the cellulaze is terrifying. The procedure did not take care of the cellulite, and also left me with spiders veins all over my legs. When I bought it to Dr.Soto's attention on my follow up visit, he said they were due to the garment I was wearing, provided by the clinic, to decrease swelling. I sought a vein specialist, and he assured me that the spider veins were a result of the trauma ( bruising and swelling) my legs had suffered. The pictures posted here were taken after I had several treatment sessions to remove spider veins. Dr Soto will request that you buy your own sedation medications to be administered at the clinic the day of the procedure. He will not wait long enough for the oral medication to take effect, which would be ~ 45 minutes, and he will take you into the procedure room. I was screaming, in so much agony, pain, especially around my stomach; because it was the first area he covered. The amount of pain I experienced was far greater than giving birth to my child. I would NOT RECOMMEND Dr Soto to anyone, not even to my worst enemy, if I were to have one. Dr Soto's performance is NOT worth of any stars. Sadly, this site would NOT allow me to post my experience, unless I would pick a star. please contact me if you have any question. Only if I did not know any better, I would go back for another follow up. I did, and when I bought the concern about the spider veins to Dr Soto's attention, I was lied to. The least thing you could for me would be to return the nearly 5 grands I paid you. Little did I know, you would ruin my body, my self-esteem, and my confidence. I hate you every single day, every single time when I look at my body.
