Dr. John has been my savior. When other doctors kept telling me what was wrong with me instead of listening Dr. John said lets figure it out together and he did. Since then we have moved 800 miles away and I kid you not we drive there every 90 to 120 days just to continue seeing these doctors at this location. Thank you East Mountain Medical for taking them time to break the stereo type of Doctors offices by listening to patients and asking our thoughts as well as making suggestions that will better us. I recently took my mother in to be seen by Dr. Medford first she was a very experienced doctor and really showed her knowledge and caring for her patients. We will be blessed to have her as my mothers provider. One thing my wife and I both found the best part of the visit with was your exceptional front desk young ladies those two are gems. The first thing when you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile and a couple of very professional ladies- Chantel and Lilyanna are wonderful. They were very welcoming and genuine. As my mother had a coughing fit in the waiting area Chantel grabbed her a glass of water with out being asked it was very much appreciated. Now the down side one of the assistants Makayla was not very professional and came off as immature we did not appreciate that, but the worst thing we felt was the office Manager was extremely rude- the way she speaks to the employees is very condescending and unprofessional- no matter what the situation is you dont speak down to others especially in an office setting. Plus she went out to her vehicle 2x for a smoke break and she was constantly on her cell phone not a very good example. We however will be back because the Doctor and your front desk were exceptional.

I travel from Albuquerque to this doctor's office because my Dr which was at Kaseman was messing with my meds which was also messing with my health. The Dr I see at this office in the East Mountains is awesome. Hey people, if you agree with anything I have said hit like.

STAY AWAY !!!!! Rude and discurtious reseptionist. Mom went for appointment today said she never has been disrespected by not only receptionist but a nurse practitioner in such a manner. Dr. Wouldn't listen to anything she had to say. Save your money to at $128 for a visit go see McLeod's for $75.00 and some compitent folks. Not a good way to start in such a small town.

The facility closes at 4:00 PM not 5:00 PM as shown on the Google web page. It is great to have this facility close to people in the East Mountains and the Estancia Valley.
