Very unprofessional, confirmed my appointment twice, took a full day off of work, was informed while waiting in the exam room by another doctor that my original doctor did not know what he was speaking about and no one was going to do anything that day, however if i wanted a procedure from another doctor i could make an appointment, when i asked the receptionist to speak to someone i was told that everyone was on a conference call and this problem was above her pay grade as she continued to check her cell phone messages. Place is a total joke!!!

My son had surgery 7 hrs long. They made him feel comfortable and took such good care of him, they did such a great job. Dr. Patel and and the staff were awesome.

Really disappointed with plastic surgery unit. Called ahead to verify my appt. Drove an hour, took off from work, sat in the exam room for an hour waiting and THEN the surgeon tells me that she is no longer excepting new patients and I should have been told that. Seriously? I'm heading to NYU Langone.

I came to see Dr. Roth with concerns about the fine lines around my eyes and mouth. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Dr.Roth recommended Botox and fillers which would reduce the appearance of these lines. He set up a treatment plan and I went ahead with it. I absolutely loved the results and will continue to be a patient of Dr. Roths. I would also like to mention that Dr. Roth is very gentle with injecting the fillers I felt very little discomfort during the procedure and little to no bruising. I would also like to mention the office personnel I met prior to seeing Dr.Roth were very polite and professional.
