I always appreciate the care I received from Dr LaMonica and his assistants. Just one or two hiccups, one: may have to wait longer than expected, two: an assistant may come off not so nice with you, saying the right words, but it feels psych castic. If I should experience it again, I will let you know,it will not stop me from seeing my doctor.Thanks for asking.

I had a great experience with Dr. Richard at the Site MD Babylon office. He is obviously knowledgeable and very thorough and took the time to explain procedures to me.His staff that evaluated me for pre-op was also excellent. The entire surgical staff was very professional and the survey went well, with no unexpected developments. The post op the next day with Dr. Lamonica was also impressive. I highly recommend Dr. Nattis and his entire staff.

I want to say that its is not true that you cannot get out of the drs. Office in under 2 hrs because you can I know because I have been in and out on under 1 hour and I think the staff is great especiallyDr. Lamonaca and Dr. A. Mattis please don't go but any negative reviews it was probably extenuating circumstances Just check them out get your own experiences .

Friendly staff. Quick check in at reception desk. Compassionate and knowledgeable Dr. Comfortable waiting areas with WiFi. Only complaint is close to 2 hours in the office and my appointment was at 945. It seems there is a bottleneck with the number of available rooms and how they rotate the room usage. It appears they are trying to use the available rooms for the technicians to set up the appointments and for the Drs to see patients. Computer system seemed to lag horribly. Honestly with specialists I expect at least an hour or better. Process could be streamlined a bit to decrease wait time. Overall positive and I would recommend this office.

My eyes are worse off after I had my Lasik surgery. If they told me there was not going to be an extra charge. They charged my insurance! I see cross-eyed never had this problem ever among a few other problems on each individual eye. Stay away.

Dr. Richard Nattis and his daughter Dr. Allison Nattis saw me and were amazing. Dr. Nattis was so attentive and really cared about what I had going on. He was able to recognize a rare condition I may have. His staff was great, although the nurse who first saw me in the room took down the completely wrong information about my symptoms and what I was experiencing. She typed something completely different from what I told her and Dr. Nattis had to erase and rewrite everything. (So watch what she writes). The wait is long but it is worth it to see Dr. Nattis. I am so thankful to the team at SightMD because they truly go above and beyond, more than words can even say! Thank you especially to Cookie, Dr. Richard Nattis, Dr. Allison Nattis and to everyone who helped me!

Their drs May be good but they double and triple appts and you cant get out of their office for an appt under 2 and a half hours. My 87 yr old mom had a 2pm appt and it is now 4:45pm and we are still waiting. 2 weeks ago waited over 3 hrs in Amityville and last month 4 hours in Brentwood. They treat their seniors like cattle. But they dont care they are billing Medicare hundreds of thousands of dollars. Something should be done!!!
