I'M waiting over 1 and 20 minutes , staff is rude, and it looks like they triple book, I have 2 four year old babies and after a hours they get restless ,, I gave up keeping them in check...NOW THEY ARE RECKING THE JOINT... I RECOMMEND GOING YO A DIFFRENT DR..... I WILL BE CALL MY HMO AND GETTING A DIFFRENT DR FOR MY KIDS

I've been going here for years to see a specialist and the incompetency of this office is astounding. This past visit took the cake though -- as I was told I didn't have a balance due at check out. Mind you I don't have insurance so there should be some price chart that the office staff would consult to obtain an amount owed after services were rendered. After 10 minutes there was no resolution (the checkout staff had no idea since the computer said I didn't owe anything so how would they know?!) so I left, only to be phoned the very next day that a balance was owed. <No kidding. Of the course the amount requested seemed lower than the prior 8 times I was there but that was what the computer said so that must be what I owe. Of course I requested a letter reflecting balance remaining was $0. Seriously a month later I receive a call that I haven't paid my full balance and money was still due. Why? Because the computer said the balance wasn't paid in full. Can any actual person in this office think or do their job without a computer?! It's quite laughable. I told the 'manager' that the additional money owed should come out of the paycheck of either the first or second person who phoned me to collect money. Maybe instead of having a computer 'tell' them things they should have a good old fashioned printed chart of services rendered posted on the wall. Then if their staff can't figure out how much things cost then the patient could figure it up on their own and pay when they leave. Hmm, if the patients could see on their chart how much the cost of a visit is then maybe they wouldn't need so much staff and get a better star rating.I seriously cannot wait for my Dr to leave this practice. Along with my request for a copy of my records I just might send a bon voyage card along with it.

I came here with my mom for dr appt for 9am and 9:30 still nothing so my mom goes up and ask the receptionist says 1 more person in front of you but meanwhile she does printing her chart out then, and then they call her in when she brings that chart into back. The receptionist are rude and obnoxious little girls worst place ever been.

I went there to make an appointment IN PERSON the receptionist took my Insurance card and my license and messed up my birthday, name, and insurance number. They're not friendly here at all. They're open on only week days for those who want to make appointments.

You go to a 12:30 appointment and leave at 2:30. When you questioned it 'yeah, that's normal, is how we work, that is our system ' cookies for consistency

Rude and impatient staff. I waited over 12 hours over a two-day period, because equipment was malfunctioning. I like Dr. Nudelman, but the the practice is horrendous. I have consulted other health care professionals to see if it was my experience alone. They confirmed that the practice is a disaster. The equipment is outdated and breaks down. I wish Nudelman would go out on his own. Finally found a much better practice in Hauppauge.

Horrible experience! The worst doctor's practice I've seen by far. No one smiles and everyone seems like they're in such a bad mood. No one has any type of professional courtesy. They're all so unfriendly and rude. I even found Dr. Jeffrey Nudleman to be extremely unprofessional because he spent my entire visit speaking with his assistant about reprimanding two employees for their attitudes with patients (instead of devoting his time and attention to my kids and making sure they're eyes were ok). Waste of my hard-earned money and time. First and last time I ever visit this practice. If I could have given it 0 stars I would have.
