Dr Williams is a true artist. He did exactly what I wanted and promised me it would all look natural. My experience from start to finish was fantastic. All of the staff there from the receptionist to the surgical nurses are so nice and also reassuring. There were moments that I was nervous, my husband was nervous that I would look done. Dr Williams reassured both of us that I would look very natural and that no one would think I had plastic surgery. He was so right! Anyone I didnt tell thought I looked great, well rested. The facility itself is great, very relaxing and not hospital like at all. Im not planning to get any other improvements at this point but if I did, I would never go to anyone else

Amazing....My results are beyond what I expected! I look refreshed and rested....and not like a different person. He is exceptional at manipulating tissue for a natural look that is not 'pulled back'.Dr William's and his staff are professional and caring. If Dr. Williams has t-shirts that said this nose was made by Dr. Edwin Williams I would proudly wear it. Not only could I not breath out my left nostril prior to surgery, but I had a good size bump on my bridge that looked great on my grandfather and father, but the family nose was not super feminine. He gave me a nose that is so naturally proportioned to my face and I can breath out the left side! I went to 4 other doctors for consultation before Dr. Williams, it is no exaggeration that he is the best.

Dr. Williams did a great job! I am very active and due to several injuries to my nose I was unable to breath through my nose. This prevented me from excelling athletically not to mention caused sleep and several other issues. Its been 5 months since my surgery and as the weeks go on, Im noticing that I can breath better and better. Im also able to smell stuff again. Im 36 and its been at least 20 years since my nose has worked properly. Thanks to Dr. Williams my nose is back in action. My only regret is that I didnt have it done sooner.

Dr. Williams is amazing!! I found Dr. Williams by researching surgeons who had experienced with revision rhinoplasty. I had a negative experience with my first surgery and then broke my nose a second time and then decided I needed an expert to help me. Dr. Williams is the expert. He works directly with you right from the beginning making sure he understands exactly what you are looking for as a result in your surgery and tells you if he can make that happen. At your consultation he is able to show you on his computer screen what you will look like after the surgery which is very helpful when making your decision to move forward with your procedure. His staff is kind and very accommodating which for me was amazing. He said to me once I have found being gentle with the tissue goes a long way to help in recovery. And it really did! My recovery for this surgery was definitely easier then with my previous surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams and his staff.

Look no further. This office has the nicest staff and physicians. I primarily reside out of state and I cringe with almost every doctors office (DC MD Northern VA) I visit. Those staff members are super rude and abrupt. Not at Dr. Williams office! Delightful. Dr. Pontius, Dr. Williams and Dr. S (internship) are wonderful. Very friendly and professional. I felt like I was in good hands. The surgical procedure I had looks great and I would recommend.

Dr Williams is a wonderful doctor. I'm really grateful to have had him do my surgery. I have had a deviated septum for the last 15 years and my breathing was getting worse and worse as time went on. It was affecting so many areas of my life. I was having trouble when I exercised and when I slept and it was super annoying to constantly have to breathe out of my mouth. I had brought this issue up to several doctors and they told me it was slight and no need to do anything about it. When I went to Dr. Williams, he took my complaint seriously and after going to several doctors over the course of six years that was really refreshing. I am almost two full weeks post-surgery and the improvement in my quality of life is amazing. The results are honestly more than I could have hoped for and I am super grateful. I went for a drive the other night with the windows down and breathed through my nose for the first time since before I could even drive a car! It was awesome. Thanks so much!!

I recently had a brow lift with Dr. William's. It was something I desperately needed but was fearful to undergo. Well, let me tell you I am so glad I did. The results are amazing! Dr. William's is incredibly skilled. The results were day and night. I now look 15 years younger. Really! In addition, he is a very kind and patient man. My procedure, a bleph, showed a great improvement in my eyelids. The right one looked especially hooded and now they are both even and I don't mind having my picture taken anymore. The process was pretty easy and a sort recovery. No sunglasses after 2 weeks.

This review is well deserved. I just turned 30 and about a month ago I had a rhinoplasty/septoplasty done by Dr. Williams. I had gone to see him 5 years prior based on the recommendation of a very good ENT doctor but was hesitant to move forward because I wanted to do my research. It took me 5 years but after lots of research I still came to the conclusion that the best reviews and option appeared to be in my own backyard. I have been looking in the mirror for 29 years at a nose that hooked down and had a ridge on it. I kept settling afraid to move forward. What if I didn't like how I looked after? What if the recovery was difficult? What if I made the wrong choice? If your reading this your probably like me and feeling what I felt and although I know my words can only assist you so much I hope you do take them into consideration.... My life has changed and for the better. Everyone is attentive at his facility and personable, when Dr. Williams meets with you its clear that he is really listening to what your saying. He didn't make me feel foolish or afraid but seemed to know exactly what my face needed. My mother went with me and felt the same exact way. My procedure itself took a little longer than expected but the reason? Its because Dr. Williams cared enough to know that he had to change his approach to get me the results I would want. I may have been the last procedure of the day but he did not take short cuts, he did not rush, and he worked his magic. The nurses and the annastesiologist also listed carefully, addressed my concerns, and made me comfortable. The majority of my facial swelling and bruising took only a week to go down and the swelling that was left was barely noticeable during my birthday. Dr. Williams did such an amazing job of keeping my face mine but revealing the part of me that I wanted to see when I looked in the mirror. In addition the correction of my septum made me able to sleep and breath better! Everyone loves what he did and those who don't know me on a regular basis don't even notice (in a good way) that I had any surgery done. I now look in the mirror and smile, feel confident, and beautiful. I still have follow up appointments and get the same treatment I mentioned above. If your on the fence take it from someone who over analyzes, googles everything, and gets anxious that if you choose Dr. Williams you wont be let down. Thank you Dr. Williams to you and your great team I will continue to refer you clients!

During the consultation Dr. Williams had spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions and had done imagining to show me what I would look like after surgery, seeing the imaging was very cool. I cannot begin to describe the amazing experience that I had with Dr. Edwin Williams. I had been so anxious for most of my life about my nose and finally considered getting a rhinoplasty. I did a lot of research and determined that Dr. Williams was by far the best in the business. Upon meeting Dr. Williams I felt so comfortable and safe and I loved the digital imaging where I was able to see what my results would be. The day of the rhinoplasty it was a great experience. It was quick and I cannot even begin to say how relatively painless the procedure was after the fact. I had minimal bruising and swelling and my nose looked amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Williams for any procedure you may need. He is top of the line and a first rate surgeon.

I am a 60 y.o. male physician from the NYC metro area who was in search of a world class professional facial plastic surgeon. I researched surgeons and procedures for two years which resulted in three located in the northeast. I was looking for a surgeon who had expertise in a wide array of facelift techniques, (SMAS, deep plane, etc...) was well known and respected by members of American College of Facial and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. I reviewed published journal articles, procedure videos and available interviews. I attempted to scan through the marketing hype and pay to play online review sites. Finally, bedside manner was important to me since I hope to develop a long term relationship with the doctor and staff. The above was not an easy task!Ultimately, I chose a surgeon over 150 miles from my home in Latham, NY. It started with a facetime chat and was followed up with an extensive consult in his office. The staff mirrored the personality of the surgeon, Dr Edwin William's III. Professional, friendly and thorough. Following the consult, I had no doubt who would perform facial rejuvenation surgery. I am three weeks post op multiple procedures (facelift, blepharoplasties and fat transfer) and back to work and feeling great. The surgical experience was excellent and I followed each detailed post op instruction. The scars are well hidden and resolving.The results are natural and exceed my expectations. I will follow up with Dr William's on facetime next month and visit him several months down the road.

Couple of years ago I had my fat pads removed under my eyes with Dr. Williams and couldnt be happier with the results. At the time I was around 36 and almost every morning my eyes looked swollen and under one eye I always had a little puffy bulge throughout the day. I knew it was only going to get worse as I aged... so I decided to see him and so happy I did! Now I wake up with no swelling under my eyes! :) He is a wonderful Doctor and the staff is really attentive and helpful!
